~Abs~
"Oh I'm so bored!" Lori complained to me. We were hanging out with Scott and Val at my flat. It had been about a week after the incident. Addie had gone over to America to be with her dad, J went up North to see Daphne (don't know why, that girl is strange!), Ritchie and Billie went to visit his family, Sean and Kelly went to visit her family and the rest of us were left in London.
Luckily our management had agreed to some much needed time off. J and Addie were really shaken up by the incident. They had their locks changed and everything. Then they took off as soon as they could.
"I'm bored too." Val agreed with Lori.
"Then think of something to do." Scott told them.
"I wish I knew everything that has gone on between Addie and J. That would be interesting." Val thought aloud. When Lori heard this she shot right up.
"Oh, but we can." She said with a sly grin.
"Oh whatever do you mean?" Val asked her.
"Addie has this diary she writes everything in. And I mean everything. We find that, we find out what's happened between them."
"Isn't that a little wrong?" Scott asked Lori.
"Of course not. We deserve to know what's happened so we can help them get together. Now let's head over there." Lori stood up and motioned for us to follow her.
"One problem Lori, wait two problems. First we don't have a key to their flat, second if Addie writes everything in this diary she probably has it with her." I pointed out to her. It's not like I had anything against this plan, I was just as curious as the next kid.
"I've broken into plenty of flats. And Addie just bought a new one the day before she left. I was with her. Plus she puts all the week's entries into her computer every Sunday. But we need a password for that one. That one's even better cos she analyzes everythign and adds little details. Come on let's go."
Lori had peaked our interest so we followed her out the door.
~Val~
Scott, Abs, Lori and I all stood outside J and Addie's flat behind Lori who was busy picking the lock.
"Hurry up Lori, I think someone's coming." Scott said. Sure enough the lift lights were lighting up and the lift was making its way to our floor.
"Okay got it." We all rushed into the flat just as soon as the lift's doors opened up. It was pitch black until Lori flipped on the lights. "I love breaking and entering. It's so much fun." She said. "Okay, Addie's computer is in her room."
We headed towards her room and flipped on the switch. If I didn't know Addie so well I would have said someone had ransacked her room, but Addie's room usually looked ransacked so no one paid any attention.
"I've got the computer. Val come help me think of passwords. Scott, Abs search her room for that diary." Lori sure knew how to take control. But she seemed to be the pro so we all followed.
~Lori~
"Well this is going nowhere. None of these passwords seem to work. We've tried everything." I yelled aloud.
"I don't think you'll be needing the computer. I think we found them." Scott and Abs were in the very back of the closet and were pulling numerous notebooks out of a box. I began cracking up when I saw Scott. He had one of Addie's bras on top of his head.
"Hey love, I don't think you wear that one your head." Val told him. He reached and felt the bra.
"AHHHHHHH!" he screamed then threw it towards Val.
"This one was on top." Abs threw me a diary. I read over the date and noticed it started a few days before we met the guys.
"I think this one is it." I told them. Everyone gathered around me and I began reading aloud from it.
~Scott~
"That's it!" Lori said. "It's over. There's another one around here. We have to find it!" We had read the whole thing. All it revealed was that Addie had it bad for J and they had made out a couple of times and she really liked it. This one stopped right after they had found out they were married. And it was just getting interesting.
We frantically scrambled around the room looking everywhere for another journal. "Maybe it's in another room of the flat!" I suggested. Abs and I ran out of Addie's bedroom and began searching the rest of the flat. That's when we heard someone outside the apartment.
"Why won't this key work? Hold on just a second Daphne." Abs and I looked at eachother and realized it was J. We scrambled for the lights and ran towards Addie's room.
"Guys," I panted, "J is here. We heard him outside the door." The girls turned pale.
"Lori, what are we going to do?" Abs asked her, "You're the expert." Lori looked around for and escape route. She almost looked scared. Thats when she saw the doors.
"The balcony." we shut off the lights and ran out onto the balcony. Luckily we were only about two stories up. We jumped down without any casualties and took off running into the night.
