We tied! Can you even believe that?!?!?!!! I hate ties, they’re like kissing your brother.
“So how did your game go?” Lori asked me when we went back to everyone else’s lanes.
“We tied, because she cheated!” J pointed at me.
“Whatever! I did not cheat!” I defended myself. “You’re just sore cos you got two gutter balls in a row.”
“You were distracting me! What was I supposed to do?”
“Whoa, whoa, whoa. You two calm down. It’s just a game.” interrupted Abs trying to be the peacemaker. “Um, Addie can you give J a ride home? Everyone else is going out to dinner.” I looked at everyone wondering what they were up to.

“I am not riding home with that psycho!” I yelled pointing at Addie.
“Who says I want to give you a ride?” Addie retorted. All the couples wanted to go out after our big bowling game and so I was left with Addie as my only way home.
“Why can’t we go with you?” I asked. “I don’t see why not. It shouldn’t matter if we’re a couple or not.”
“Because you two together are bloody annoying. Always having a stupid row. And we don’t want you around!” Abs yelled trying to explain the situation.
“You think we’re annoying?” Addie got right up in Abs’ face and asked, “You think WE’RE annoying? You wanna see annoying, look at yourself in the mirror.”
“Well, sometimes...” Kelly calmly explained trying very unsuccessfully to calm Addie down.
“Well excuse me! I think us annoying people will be leaving now. Come on J.” Addie grabbed my arm and began dragging me towards the exit. “We have a revenge to plan.”

I stared at Addie and J leaving the bowling alley. Boy was Addie ever pissed. Last time she was this pissed...
“Oh dangit guys! That was no a good thing to do! Addie’s pissed. She’s going to want to get revenge!” I exclaimed. Everyone looked at me like I was crazy.
“No she won’t. She and J will be too busy snogging to do anything.” Billie replied confidently.
“I wouldn’t be so sure...” Lori added. I agreed. Addie was known for having some wretched revenge plots.
“Oh don’t worry. Our plan will work. Just as soon as they’re alone they’ll be fine.” Scott reassured us. “Nothing can go wrong.”

“You want me to do what?!”
“I want you to call the press and announce that 5ive will be eating dinner with their girlfriends tonight at the Blue Oyster.” Addie explained to me while driving me home.
“And what if I say no?” This was wrong. Sure I was mad about not being invited, but I wasn’t about to do that to my friends. “Do you know how much I hate being mobbed by the press? I really don’t want to handle it tonight.”
“Um, J hello? You’re not going to be there. You’ll be with me, working on some more revenge. And don’t think that because we’re getting revenge together I like you. I don’t, I just think we both need revenge on them.” I wish she would like me, wait! What am I saying, no I don’t, she’s not too nice.
Oh but today when she bent over and I could see down her shirt...no! Addie is evil! And no good!
“So are you going to do it? I also have another idea...”
“Fine, I’ll do it. Give me the number.” Addie dictated the number to me. I punched it in and waited for the fun to begin.
