"J hurry up." Abs urged his friend. "We're gonna be late for the game." J trudged along after his friend.
"I still don't know why we're doing this." J and Abs were going to meet this girl Aidan Abs had met online. One day Abs had decided to see who had anything to do with Five on their profile and he found Aidan. The two started chatting regularly and pretty soon talking on the phone. Now they were meeting face to face for the first time. They reached the basketball court they were supposed to meet them at and found that they had arrived early.
"Thanks man, for coming." Abs told J. J shrugged him off and said no problem. He had nothing better to do that day. They sat around for a few more minutes not really saying anything when two girls showed up dressed to play some basketball. Abs immediately got up and ran over towards them.
"Aidan?" He asked. The blonde one smiled and threw the ball at Abs causing him to "think fast". J then got up and joined the group. What he found was a tall brunette girl who for some reason he was strangely attracted too.
"I'm J." He introduced himself.
"Jage." Aidan and Abs were still talking amongst themselves. They then headed over to the bench J and Abs had been sitting on earlier to "talk". "Well then," Jage mused aloud. "Wanna play a game?" She asked J.
"Sure why not?" The two began playing their game. Jage never seemed too interested in J which was what intrigued him. He wasn't used to this 'I don't care that you're famous, let's just play some basketball' attitude he was getting from her. At the end of the game Jage had won.
"So you owe me some money, right?" Jage asked J a smile creeping on her face.
"I never knew that was part of the game?" J replied. He grabbed the ball from her and shot the ball in the basket.
"Impressive." Jage retrieved the ball then shot from where J had been and made it also. They continued this game of Horse until a certain blonde fellow came from the bushes.
"Can I play also?" Ritchie asked. Jage rolled her eyes and J tried to send him mental messages to get lost.
"No." Jage replied and went back to the game. "I'm shunning you now. J, help me shun Ritchie." So J helped Jage shun Ritchie who walked off quite shunned. J and Jage continued this game which Jage won also.
"So do you want to give me your phone number?" J asked Jage. Abs and Aidan had returned from their "talk" and the girls had to go now.
"I'll think about it." Jage thought about it. "I'll tell you what. When you beat me in basketball, I'll give you my number. Until then, work on your jump shot." Abs and J watched the two girls walk off. They then saw them run into two obnoxious boys named Dave and Les who they proceeded to soak. When Jage and Aidan were done beating the two losers who no one likes and they serve no point in the movie Newsies and they have the dumbest sister ever they walked off into the sunset.
J and Abs started on their way home. "So we'll be seeing more of them I hope." J said to Abs. Abs nodded his head. Good, J thought, there was something about this Jage girl that just drove him crazy and he was determined to find out what. And to get to know her better.
