January Young was the unexpected ally found in Draughtenville. She is the daughter of Rebekah Young (?), and Adriel Young. The group found out that she had never left her little town, and knew nothing of technology or the outside world. She lived in a place that effectively has never left the 18th century.
January is young, only about 18 years old. She was pretty and simple, still collecting and playing with dolls. Dressing simply in calico dresses.
January helped the group flee Draughtenville (with the aid of her older brother Edmund). She later helped the group, by warning them that Rebekah was out, and on the hunt for them. She managed miraculously to use the postal system, sending a letter to Chloe Montgomery.
That was the last time the group heard from January. Her name was used as a decoy to lure the group to Adriel Young (by David Chambers). |
