| Nathaniel Simeon Atwood Curriculum Vitae Born July 26 (sharing a birthday with Carl Jung, Stanley Kubrick and Mick Jagger), 1972 in Wyandotte, MI to Michelle and Robert Atwood. Nate's only brother Paul is ten years older. Nate's arrival was a surprise to his older parents, and he has continued to surprise them his entire life. Education: BS in Biology with a Chemistry minor from Cornell University - Undergraduate research done on the naked mole rat with professors in the Ecology and Evolution Department, studying senescence (aging and death). Put on an unofficial academic probation by his Chemistry department advisor after submitting a paper to a behavioral ecology magazine entitled "Fractal Patterns, Quantum Physics and the Occurrence of Psi in Nature". Graduate work at Michigan State University in Veterinary Sciences. |
