| I had a ask-around about an adjustable water pump. 1 performance part oulet (which shall remain nameless) informed me that I dont need an adjustable pump because it wont increase the speed in the engine. By now we've already attempted to fit the engine into the SR engine bay. Its not a bad fit, but the engine mounts have to be changed. We've pulled off the power steering pully (far left) off, & we havent had a reason to move the altenator like we thought. Although we have damaged a piece of the engine (which isnt shown, because it happened after this photo) due to the rope pulling against it. I cant name the piece as I dont have a manuel about these engines yet! |

| The piece that looks like a valve where the text starts on top of the EFI unit is broken down at the bottom. So half of it is still screwed into the EFI unit! Because we're not at the stage of putting the engine in for good, I will be getting as many modifications possible while we have easy access to getting them. Such as lightning the fly wheel which might be 1 of the firsts if the price is right. |
