| 22/12/2001: Just stuffed up the last 3 diary dates. Nothing important. Waiting until after X-mas to start advetising the Civic again. |
| 26/12/2001: Moved the Corona into the other garage. Bought Petrol, charged up the battery & pulled off the bonnet |
| 27/12/2001: Put the battery back in, filled it with some petrol, started it up. Engine is ready to come out, pulled out the radiator, AC unit, disconnected all woiring to the engine. Pulled out the air box & disconnected the diff. Found out that the diff wont fit into an SR, need to buy a 'non-rigid' rear axil. |

| 10/01/2002 In the last week I've replaced 2 tyres on the civic...failed a warrent because of the other 2 tyres. I helped my brother with the paint he wanted for his car. Bought a HOT 4's magazine with a modified SR coupe. I also bought a missile switch. |

| 23/01/2002 Started Lining up the 3T-EU & gear box. I can see major surgery ahead to fit it all in. Had to cut out part of the front bar to fit the engine through |
| 31/01/2002 We've started on the engine mounts, we're putting a 3mm thick plate in so we can move the mounts back to line them up better |
| 03/03/2002 Engine mounts are long finished, we've also chnged the engine mounts & the hydrolic clutch cylinder. We are currently trying to work out the fuel lines & fuel pumps. Im also searching for somewhere cheap to swap the wiring loom for the ECU & trying to change the clutch pedal to suit. Things have been going kind of quickly, but we have to wait until the weekend so my Uncle can come over & do the weilding because the certifier said he'd except his weilding. With the recent raise in petrol prices, Im divided as what to do with the engine...put on a turbo & pay for the big gas bills, or just use NOS for when I need it...or just a few engine mods & leave it??? |
| 21/03/2002 Not alot, My uncle hasent been over to finish the weilding on the gear box mounts yet. I also scored an old RX-7 Series 4 rear bumper that had been cut down form a race car, could be the basis of the rear bumper to the SR |
