I want to thank my beta for all of her help.

As he sat in his basement office at the F. B. I., Fox Mulder was pondering an e-mail message on his computer screen. It was from an unfamiliar address. The message read:

"Meet me at 10 p.m. behind the Washington Monument and come alone.
I have news about your sister.
Come unarmed or you will never find her."

Mulder knew that he should share this information with his partner, Dana Scully, but if he did she would insist on coming and the message stated to 'come alone'. With his mind made up, he cleared the message from his screen and filed it for future reference and returned to the case file on his desk.

Dana Scully walked in the office "Won't you come by Mom's for dinner? I know she would love to see you."

Mulder had to beg off; he had already made plans that he couldn't get out of. "Send my love to your mom."

"I have to go to the grocery to get the ingredients for my casserole, so I will see you Monday."

Mulder thought as she was leaving that he might have some good news regarding Samantha by Monday.

Mulder looked at his watch for the third time since he got here at 10 p.m., it was now 10:25.

A voice behind him said "Agent Mulder?"

"Yes," replied Mulder.

"I'm sorry you had to wait but I had to be sure that you came alone," the voice continued. "Now if you don't mind, I need to check you out for weapons." When Mulder nodded his agreement, two large men came from the shadows to frisk him.

"He's clean," they stated.

At this news the voice behind him stepped forward to reveal a wry individual wearing glasses. "Agent Mulder, I am so glad to see you again, I meet you at court the day my brother was sentenced, you can call me Jack. It was your testimony that convicted him and now I'm going to make you pay." With that sentence and before Mulder could move, he was grabbed and manhandled into a van parked nearby.

Jack said, "Tie him tight, we will continue their 'conversation' in the country."

As the van sped away, Mulder knew he had to escape before they reached their destination. He worked at his bonds until he finally felt them loosen a bit. With some more effort he was able to free one hand. After that he freed the rest of him and sliding the van door open, he jumped.

He landed hard and hit his head on the hard ground. The last thing he remembered before losing consciousness was that Scully was going to kill him.

The phone rang and awoke Scully. She answered with a sleepy "Hello".

"Agent Scully, this is Walter Skinner. I just got off the phone with the sheriff, and they have Mulder."

"What has he done this time?" Scully asked her superior.

"Nothing. It seems he was picked up by the Deputy, just wandering around the countryside and he was crying and asking for his mom," Skinner replied.

"He was asking for his mom?" repeated Scully.

"Yes, now do you want to come with me to pick him up? We can talk more in the car," Skinner said.

"Yes, sir, I'll be ready in 15 minutes replied Scully as she hopped from her bed a started to get dressed.

Twenty minutes later, they were on their way out of the city towards the sheriff's office. "You know as much as I do," said Skinner. "Do you know what his plans were for last night Agent Scully."

"No sir, only that he couldn't get out of them to accompany me to my Mom's to dinner. I assumed that he was going to go somewhere with the Lone Gunmen," answered Scully.

When they arrived at the sheriff's office they learned that Fox thought he was 10 years old. Scully went to examine him and found he had hit his head on something - there was a large bump there and that could account for his memory loss. Skinner and Dana discussed what to do with Mulder, since by all accounts was a 10 year-old boy.

"Well, he can't go back to his place that is for sure" Dana said. She thought for a moment and continued, "Sir, is there someplace we can take him until he gets his memory back?"

"I have a large vacation house in the rural area that would be an ideal place to keep him," replied Skinner "It has three bedrooms upstairs and a huge den and kitchen area downstairs. It has all the conveniences of home. It would be perfect."

"You are going to need help with Fox, I'll come and bring my Mom. She loves him like a son, well now she can take care of him," Dana said with a smile. "We are going to have to tell Mrs. Mulder about this and get her help to set the rules with him."

"I'll handle that right now," said Skinner seriously as he got out his cell phone. "You check with your mom while I fill Mrs. Mulder in on what happened to her son. She will have to tell Fox who we are and to obey us. I'll get her to tell him that he will be punished if he disobeys us."

By the time Fox was brought out, Skinner was still on the phone to Mrs. Mulder. "Fox, your mom is on the phone and she wants to talk to you," said Skinner as he held out the phone to Fox.

Fox took the phone, eager to talk with his mom. Fox was saying, "Yes, mom, I'll try to be a good boy. I love you, too." He handed the phone back to Skinner. "She wants to talk to you."

While Skinner was talking to Mrs. Mulder, Dana approached Fox and told him that she was his Aunt Scully and that the man talking to his mom was his Uncle Walter. She told him that they were going to visit Uncle Walter's vacation house for a few days until his mom would be able to pick him up. They would be leaving soon, and then they would be on their way. When Skinner got off the phone Dana introduced him to Fox. They got in Skinner's car for the journey back to Washington.

They stopped off at Mulder's apartment first, so that Scully could pack some of his belongings. Then it was on to Scully's to do the same. While they were at Scully's, Mrs. Scully arrived and was introduced to Fox as his Aunt Maggie. While Maggie and Fox got acquainted, Scully continued to pack. She also packed her medical bag, just in case it would be needed later. He still was Mulder and Mulder was accident-prone. While they were packing, Skinner had left to pack and clear Scully and Mulder as well as himself from active service at work. He arrived a couple of hours later. While they were waiting, Maggie got Fox to change in some clean and comfortable clothes.

When Skinner arrived back at Scully's apartment they were ready to go. Now they had decided to take two cars, and it was decided that Fox would go with his Uncle Walter while Dana and Maggie would follow behind. The caravan started out. Skinner asked Fox what his favorite foods were.

Fox answered, "I like hamburgers and French fries and chocolate ice-cream."

"Well, maybe tomorrow I can grill some hamburgers while your aunts fry the potatoes," Skinner replied. "Fox this is going to be a long journey. Let me pull over so you can get in the back and take a nap, I saw you yawning earlier," said Skinner.

"That's o.k. I can just climb over the seat," Fox said as he started to do just that.

"No", shouted Skinner as he reached to grab Fox while fighting the wheel at the same time. He just managed to get it over to the shoulder of the road and before coming to a screeching stop. Skinner and Fox emerged from the car and Skinner grabbed Fox and began to shake him, shouting, "I said 'NO', and I meant 'NO'!"

Fox began to cry out. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry."

Maggie and Dana ran to Fox after their car came to a stop. "Walter, stop, you're scaring him. Let us take him while you cool down. I'll explain what he did wrong and that you didn't mean to scare him," pleaded Maggie.

"O.K., I didn't mean to scare him, I only thought of losing him to a stupid mistake and it scared me too," replied Skinner.

The only other stop they made before arriving at Walter's vacation house was for gasoline and groceries. Dana dropped her mom and Fox off at the grocery store while she and Walter went to gas the cars up. Before entering the grocery store, Maggie took a moment to tell Fox to stay close and to obey her.

After gassing the cars, Dana and Skinner went searching for Maggie and Fox at the grocery store. They soon found them; all they had to do is follow the sound of someone having a temper tantrum. Dana immediately recognized Fox's voice.

"What happened?" asked Dana.

"I told him that he couldn't have a certain type of cereal because it had too much sugar and he began to yell," replied Maggie angrily. "Walter, would you take him to the car, Dana and I will complete the shopping, it will only be a few minutes." Walter complied with her wishes and forcefully removed a crying Fox.

Maggie decided that Fox could continue the journey with his Uncle Walter. As soon as they arrived at Skinner's, Maggie was out of the car, asking for the keys to the front door. When she had them, she grabbed Fox by the ear and marched him inside. Walter and Dana shared a look and began to unload the groceries and luggage from the car.

When they entered the house they heard Maggie saying, "Young man, you will never embarrass me like that again. You are so lucky that I waited until we got home to spank you instead of in the grocery store where you were misbehaving." The sound of a spanking began. Smack... smack... "Ow, ow!" Smack... smack... "Owwww!" On it went. Maggie then asked Fox "You" smack... "will"... smack... "never"... smack... "disobey"... smack ... "me"... smack... "again!"... SMACK.

"No, no, I promise!" sobbed Fox.

When Dana and Walter came back in, they found a still sobbing Fox standing in the corner with his underwear and pants around his ankles. His glowing red backside was on display.

"Mom," called Dana, "where are you?"

"I'm in the kitchen, dear, putting up the groceries," answered Maggie. "Fox is to stay in the corner for another 30 minutes. We are going to have to set some guidelines and punishments for Fox or we will have trouble on our hands. Dana, while he is in the corner, go and get Walter. We can start when he gets here."

While Fox was standing in the corner, Maggie, Dana and Walter had come up with a plan to handle him. They decided to treat him like every other 10 year-old with a lot of love and understanding. They agreed though that for any serious discipline, Walter would handle it. Maggie and Dana would handle any spankings, but it would be up to Walter to hand out the paddlings.

After Fox's 30 minutes were up, Maggie pulled up his boxers and pants and took a subdued Fox by the hand and took him upstairs to his room. They had decided to situated Fox in between Skinner's room and Maggie and Dana's room.

Maggie sat Fox on the corner of his bed.

"Fox, I love you so much. But I spanked you because you disobeyed me and I will not tolerate that from my children. Now Fox, I want you to hang up your clothes and put your socks, underwear and t-shirts in the dresser. I want this room to be orderly when I return and if it isn't..." She paused to pat Fox's backside. "I think you know what will happen, don't you?"

"Yes, ma'am" answered Fox quickly.

When Maggie went up to tell Fox that supper was ready, she found his room in good order and Fox reclining on his bed reading a book that Maggie had brought with her. It was 'Swiss Family Robinson' and Fox was engrossed in it. "Fox, honey, put the book away, it's time for supper. We are having soup and sandwiches and I want you to clean your plate," said Maggie as Fox got up. Supper was a success and after the dishes were cleaned, they all retired to the den to watch some television. At 9:00, Fox was told to go to bed.

"But I'm not tired," whined Fox.

All Maggie had to do was raise her eyebrows and make the motion of spanking to get Fox up the stairs. As he was leaving, Maggie added "I want you to take a bath-"

"A bath, but I'm not dirty," cried Fox.

"Now, Fox", Maggie, said sternly. Fox left grumbling.

When Dana, Maggie and Walter came up later to wish Fox a good night and to tuck him in, they found him already in bed. Maggie checked the bathroom and found dry towels and washcloths. She turned on the water for the tub and came back to Fox and said "FOX WILLIAM MULDER, you get in that tub. When I say take a bath, I mean now and not next week." She pulled him from his bed and popped him on his backside a couple of times and pushed him towards the bathroom.

"I'll go with him and make sure he is squeaky clean," said Walter. He told Fox to get out of his pajamas and to get in that tub. Fox did so grudgingly.

Sunday morning came bright and early for Maggie who got up to fix breakfast. The smell of fresh brewed coffee soon woke up both Dana and Walter. They decided to let Fox sleep a little longer. Maggie fixed scrambled eggs with bacon and biscuits. There was juice for all. As they were eating the conversation, of course, turned to Fox. They all agreed that there had to be boundaries and what the consequences of Fox's actions would bring him. "He needs some order in his life, that should have some influence on his life when he gets his memory back," stated Maggie.

Walter agreed but added, "Fox already knows right from wrong, his own mother and father taught him that."

"But sir, remember Fox comes from a dysfunctional family and we had better give him the basics again," commented Dana.

Fox continued to sleep, while these rules were being organized. Maggie happened to look at her watch and remarked that Fox should be up by now, since it was 10:00. "Dana, go wake him up and I'll have breakfast on the table when you two get back. Dana looked at Fox as he was sleeping and once again thought how young he looked. She went to Fox and shook his shoulder to wake him, Fox opened his eyes and said sleepily "No, I don't want to get up, let me sleep."

"Young man, you get up this minute and get down to breakfast, and I mean 'NOW'", Maggie said from the doorway. The results were electrifying, Fox jumped from his bed and as he rushed by Maggie, she delivered a mighty SWAT to his bottom. Maggie then turned to Dana "You shouldn't have anymore trouble from him." She left to put Fox's breakfast on the table. Dana could only look at her mother in amazement and nod.

In record time Fox was dressed and downstairs for breakfast. Maggie had his place already set. She had scrambled eggs, bacon and biscuits on his plate. She also poured glasses of milk and juice for him. Fox reached for the bacon and biscuits, asking for some grape jelly and began to eat. A little while later he announced that he was finished and he was getting up to leave. "Wait one moment, young man. You haven't finished your eggs or drank your milk and juice. You are not to get up from the table until that plate is cleaned and the glasses are empty, so get to work," Maggie admonished him. Fox looked at his plate rebelliously and nodded and began to pick at his food. When Maggie left the kitchen a few minutes later, Fox was drinking his milk and when she returned the plate was cleaned and both the milk and juice was gone. "Very good," Maggie told him. "You can get up and go and play."

It wasn't after that Maggie discovered what Fox had done. He emptied his scrambled eggs into the garbage can, and she figured that he emptied the milk and juice down the drain. Maggie was furious. She asked Dana to go and get Fox. He was outside shooting hoops with Walter. When Fox and Walter came in, Fox knew he was in trouble. He knew that Maggie had found out what he had done with the breakfast he was supposed to eat. "But Aunt Maggie, you told me to clean my plate and that is what I did... I cleaned the eggs off my plate into the garbage," Fox said in a scared voice as he hid behind Walter.

"You knew what I meant, didn't you?" roared Maggie.

"Yes, ma'am, but I didn't want any eggs this morning," whispered Fox.

"Fox, I want you to go and sit at the table. You are going to write 100 times 'I will always obey my Aunt Maggie.' I'll bring you the paper and pencil. You are not to leave the table until I see the lines. And Fox, I want you to print clearly."

For lunch, they had hamburgers and French fries and Fox cleaned his plate. After lunch they moved to the den to have their talk with Fox. Walter decided to be the spokesman for their talk.

"Fox, we love you and we want you to be a well-rounded young man who respects your elders, doesn't talk back, does what you are told and would not do anything to endanger your life. This talk is to insure that this will happen or there will be swift retribution."

At Fox's confused look, Maggie spoke up and said, "What he means simply, is obey or rules or prepare for a spanking, paddling or some other form of punishment. Now, Fox these are the rules we want you to obey: 1. Don't do anything to put you in danger. If you do, this will result in a paddling. 2. OBEY. Disobedience will result in a spanking. 3. Do not take anything that doesn't belong to you, without first asking and if you are in a store be sure to pay for it. Failure to do this will result in a spanking. 4. Do not go anywhere without first telling one of us. Punishment will vary. It may earn you writing lines or a spanking. 5. No talking back or lying. Doing this will earn you a spanking. 6. Don't do anything to embarrass any of the adults. You already know the punishment for this."

"Fox, do you understand these rules and what will happen to you if you choose to disobey them?" Maggie asked.

"Yes, ma'am," replied Fox then griped, "They are too many of them, I won't have any fun."

"FOX", shouted Dana, Maggie and Walter.

"O.K." cried Fox. Walter and Fox decided to go back out and shoot hoops while Dana and Maggie settled back to watch some television. When Fox and Walter returned later, Fox was grinning and trying to talk his Uncle Walter into another game. Walter was tired and said he was going to rest. Maggie suggested that Fox might want to do the same or finish reading his book. Fox agreed and disappeared upstairs.

Dana went up to get Fox for supper and caught him on the bed with an open book in hand and fast asleep. At Dana's call, Fox woke up and said that he wasn't sleeping only resting his eyes. Dana smiled at him and said nothing.

Maggie made mashed potatoes to go with the meatloaf. She also had string beans. Maggie told Fox that she expected him to eat everything she put on his plate and to finish his milk. After supper, Fox and Walter retreated to the den to watch some television, while Dana and Maggie did the dishes. When Maggie and Dana joined them later they found Fox dozing and told him to go the bed.

"It's only 8:30, it's too early to go to bed," Fox whined.

"Fox get up those stairs and take a bath and then get to bed," threatened Maggie. "Fox, you had better obey me this time about taking a bath, or you will be going to bed with a sore bottom."

That was all Fox had to hear, he was up the stairs in no time, and soon after they heard the sound of running water. Thirty minutes later, Maggie came up as Fox was getting into bed. She kissed him on his cheek and told him "Good night, darling."

"Good night Mom," murmured a sleepy Fox.

Everything ran smoothly for the next few days, until Wednesday when Dana and Fox went to town to pick up a few items and to get Fox some more reading material. He had finished 'Swiss Family Robinson' the other day and was driving the others crazy for some more books. Maggie had given Dana a list of titles her brothers had enjoyed when they had been ten. Since Fox had behaved so well these last few days the trip was a reward to him.

They went first to the gas station and afterwards headed to the bookstore where they picked out several books between them. They chose several 'Hardy Boys' mysteries, 'Treasure Island', 'Tarzan', and 'The Adventures of Tom Sawyer'. Dana asked, "Are you ready to go? We still have to go to the grocery store. Let me have your books so I can pay for them." Fox handed them over and Dana took them to the cashier to pay for them, then they were on their way to the grocery store.

At the grocery store, Dana left Fox at the magazine and comic book stand with instructions not to move while she shopped. She filled her cart with fresh vegetables and fruit. She also picked up several gallons of milk and several pounds of hamburger meat. She got some soft drinks, cookies, and potato chips and, since he had been so good on this trip, she picked up some of Fox's favorite candy bars. She then went to collect Fox, who was in the middle of reading a comic book when Dana came by.

"Fox, put the comic book up, I'm ready to go." Dana said to him.

"Not now, Aunt Dana, I'm not finished," pleaded Fox.

"Do you think you can be finished in five minutes?" asked Dana.

"Yes, ma'am," replied Fox.

Dana went to pay for her purchases and had them placed in the car. She was pleasantly surprised to find Fox waiting for her at the front of the store. He got in the car and they headed back, stopping only long enough to pick up some hamburgers, fries and a Pepsi. They consumed the food on the way home.

When they returned home, Walter came out to help with the groceries. Fox retreated to his room to decide which book to read first.

"How was the trip?" asked Walter.

"It was great and Fox was so well-behaved, I guess our little talk Sunday did some good," answered Dana.

A little later on in the afternoon Maggie went up to check on Fox and found him fast asleep surrounded by books and comic books alike. She picked the items and placed them on his desk. She removed his shoes and socks and covered him with a light blanket. She then went back downstairs. On the stairs, she met her daughter and remarked that it had been too quiet and she just had to check on Fox.

"How was he?" Dana asked.

"Oh, just fine, he had a comic book in his hand as he fell asleep," replied Maggie with a smile.

When her mother mentioned that Fox had a comic book, Dana stopped suddenly. "But mom, I didn't buy him any comic books and I know he didn't have any money, Walter has his wallet. I hate to say this but Fox must have taken it while I was paying for my purchases at the grocery store. He has got to be punished. Mom, go and get Walter. Tell him to bring the paddle. I'll be in Fox's room," said a furious Dana.

Maggie found Walter in the den reading and told him what Fox had done. "He needs a hard paddling, Walter. Dana is waiting for you in Fox's room."

When they arrived at Fox's room they heard Dana talking to Fox..."How could you do that to me? I want to know why you did it? Answer me, young man!"

Fox's face showed fear as he struggled unsuccessfully to answer. He finally blurted out, "I wanted it and after you had bought all those other things for me, I didn't think you would buy the comic books too. I'm sorry, Aunt Dana."

"I'm sorry too, Fox, you know that your Uncle Walter has got to paddle you for what you did, don't you?" replied Dana sorrowfully.

"I said I was sorry, I won't do it again, please don't spank me!" wailed Fox.

Walter got up and walked over to the crying Fox and led him to the desk chair. He then lowered Fox's pants, sat down and pulled Fox over his knees. He lowered the boxers and began give Fox a dozen hard licks. Fox kicked and screamed. Walter made sure that the majority of the licks fell on the 'sit spot'. After twelve licks, he told Fox in between licks, "You will never steal again because"... smack... smack... "stealing is wrong"... smack... smack... "and I will not have a thief"... smack... smack... "for a nephew!"... smack... smack.

Fox screamed, cried, and pleaded with his Uncle Walter. "Stop, please!"

Walter didn't stop until he had delivered a total of 25 licks to Fox's bottom. Walter had painted Fox's backside a fire engine red. He sent Fox to the corner and told him to stay there until someone came and released him. Thirty minutes later, Walter came back and pulled Fox's boxers and pants back up and told him to go to bed. Fox cried himself to sleep.

By supper time a very subdued Fox came down the stairs and took his place at the table. He whimpered as he sat down. He couldn't look anyone in the face; he was too ashamed of himself. He hesitantly looked up expecting to find angry faces looking at him. What he found were faces filled with love and they were looking back at him. He couldn't hold the tears back. Maggie was at his side instantly pulling him into a hug, which the others soon joined in.

"We love you and that is why we had to punish you. We had to make sure you would never forget that stealing is wrong. The punishment is a reminder not to do it again."

"I won't," sobbed Fox. "I promise!"

"That is all we want you to do," said Dana. "Now stop your crying and wipe your face. We have supper to eat and you have a chocolate cake with icing for dessert."

Fox lasted a whole week until he found himself once again in trouble. He had just finished reading Tarzan and just had to find out what it felt like to swing through the air. It happened between 1:00 and 2:00, when he was supposed to be taking a nap. He had protested that he was too old to take naps, but it only took Aunt Maggie giving him that 'look' to make him change his mind. Fox climbed out of his window, slid over on the roof to the tree growing next to it and climbed down. He then surveyed all the trees trying to pick the easiest to climb. Fox spotted two trees that might be just what he was looking for. He then went into the tool shed to locate some rope. When he had found the rope, he carefully made his way back to the trees. As he was climbing, he realized that if he was caught he would probably get another spanking. But the thrill was too great and he continued to climb. He lost all track of time and when he reached the right spot he began to tie the rope.

In the meantime, Dana went upstairs to go to her room. As she passed by Fox's room, she glanced in. When she was unable to find Fox, she began to search the floor. She was getting worried and called out to her mother and Walter for help. They searched everywhere unsuccessfully. They were forced to go outside and look. When looking up at his window they realized how Fox got out.

Walter muttered, "When I get my hands on that boy, he won't be sitting comfortably for a month."

Maggie suddenly remembered Fox mentioning how neat it would be to swing through the air like Tarzan. She mentioned this to the others. They all began to search the trees for Fox. They saw movement and realized it was Fox about to take his jump. They cried out together "NO, Fox!" Fox heard and looked up with a hesitant but determined look. He made up his mind and jumped. Dana looked up in horror as Fox swung through the air and landed hard against the trunk of the tree. She ran to him, as did the others. Walter pulled up a Dazed Fox while Dana and Maggie checked him out for injuries.

"Fox, are you hurt?" they cried in unison.

"No, I don't think so, but the name is Mulder," replied Fox.

"MULDER?" cried Dana. "You're back!"

At Fox's confused look, they took him back inside the house and explained what had happened to him, about the amnesia and all the events leading to the tree incident.

In turn Fox explained how he had been kidnapped and his breaking free, jumping from a moving van and how he hit his head against the hard ground thus causing him to lose his memory. He conveniently left out the part about the e-mail instructions, no back-up and going unarmed.

"Whew, I'm glad, I remembered when I did. You were about to paddle me for the Tarzan prank, weren't you sir?" Mulder asked Skinner.

"Yes, and I still am going to paddle you," replied Skinner with a dangerous look on his face.

"You can't!" cried Fox. "I wasn't myself when I jumped out of that tree."

"Oh I'm not going to punish you for that episode, but for endangering your life by not taking back-up and going unarmed," stated Walter determinedly. "Agent Mulder, did you not realize that the first place we would check would be your e-mail?"

"Now, I have two questions for you: 1. Who was the men who kidnapped you? 2. Would you please remove your pants and bend over the table? Dana, please help your partner get in position and Maggie would you get me my paddle?"

"But, but...sir, you can't", protested Fox.

"Oh, yes I can and will and it will be your butt that will suffer. Now - Do it!" warned Skinner.

Fox searched the room for a friendly face and settled on Maggie, who had just returned with the paddle. "Mom", he cried. "Please don't let this happen." He gave her his most pitiful look.

"Fox William Mulder, you get yourself over that table and you had better have those pants off by the time you get there," demanded Maggie.

Dana moved to take her bewildered partner by the arm and led him to the kitchen table. Once there she started to unsnap his jeans, when he took over with a "I'll do it" proclamation and took them off and bent over the table.

Walter moved behind him, and as he was grabbing his underwear, Fox cried "Nooooo" to no appeal as Walter yanked down his boxers. Walter had decided to make this punishment unforgettable for Fox. He decided that 5 licks to the same spot before moving on to another area until the whole backside was covered would just about do it. With that in mind he began to lay the licks on... HARD. Smack... smack... smack... smack... "Ow, ow!"... smack... smack... smack... smack... smack... "Owww! Please stop!" On and on this went until Fox's whole backside was a glowing red. Fox sobbed, his backside felt like it was on fire and getting hotter by the moment. By the time Skinner had stopped Fox was howling in pain, tears were streaming down his face.

Maggie had tears in her eyes as she went to help Fox stand. "Come on baby, let me help you pull up your boxers and put you to bed," she said lovingly. They slowly made their way upstairs with Fox wincing at every move. Maggie got a wet washcloth and wiped Fox's face, pulled back the covers and helped him remove his shirt. He slowly got into bed, immediately turning on his stomach. She sat with him until he fell asleep. Before she left the room she bent over to kiss his forehead.

Tomorrow they would all sit down - Fox on the softest pillow they could find - and tell him how he relived his childhood.

The End.

E-mail me...I would love to hear from you.
