	In the morning Harry dresses in his dark pants, white
shirt, Gryffindor tie, and green robe. He sighs
dramatically and goes down to breakfast. Everyone else
is waiting and Harry sits down with a wince. Sirius
sighs and grabs a green tie from the container of hair
ties and walks behind Harry pulling his hair back.
"Dad do I have to wear it in a ponytail? I hate doing
that." Sirius swats him upside the head. "It's either
that or I take you to the barber on our way there."
Harry sighs and eats his breakfast. "I like it long.
So does Cho." Sirius smiles and sits down. "I'm going
to put down some rules for you two. Your not old
enough to be serious yet." Harry sighs and Lupin turns
to Ron. "As will I with you and Hermione. We will
discuss this with her parents when they come here for
the dinner." Ron stammers for a minute than ducks his
head. "Yessir." Breakfast finishes and Sirius and
Harry leave. They head to the courthouse.

	When they enter Draco, Snape, Dumbledore and even
Hagrid are sitting waiting. Harry sits next to Draco
nervously. Snape stands up and addresses both boys. "I
want to stress to both of you. Do not speak unless you
are spoken too. This shouldn't take long. I want you
both to know even if they deny adoption..." He sighs
and kneels in front of Draco. "Even if they deny it
son, you are my son, as far as I'm concerned." Snape
pulls Draco close. Meanwhile Sirius has said the same
thing to Harry and is rubbing the back of his head.
The clerk opens the door and motions them all in.

	The judge sits behind the bench and looks at them as
they take seats near the front. After the courtroom is
called to order the judge begins. "We have two
adoptions to get through. Harry Potter." Harry and
Sirius make their way to the front. "Now as I
understand this, Lilly and James Potter left custody
of Harry to Sirius Black in case of any misfortune. I
also understand that you were initially framed and
convicted of their murder." Sirius nods. "Yes your
honor, but I would like to be there for Harry from now
on. I cared enough about him that while still being
hunted by dementors I stayed near him to protect him.
I love him as if he were my son." Sirius lays a gentle
hand on Harry's shoulder. The judge studies them for a
few minutes. "Is there anyone who objects to this."
When no one objects he gives them both a smile. "I see
no reason not to accept this. Mr. Potter do you wish
to change your last name?" Harry looks at his Dad and
Sirius shrugs his shoulders. "It is your choice
Harry." Harry sighs and looks up. "I would like to
keep my last name sir." The judge nods and uses his
wand to send them paperwork. "Just sign where it's
marked and it will be legal." After signing the
paperwork Sirius hugs Harry tight.

	After Harry and Sirius sit back down with the others,
Snape and Draco walk forward. It's pretty much the
same questions until the one about the last name. "Yes
I want to change it. I want no more connection to my
father." The judge nods and writes something down and
then the forms are floated to them. After signing them
Snape pulls Draco into a hug. Harry is shocked. Snape
had always been cold and detached around him. "Mister
Snape, you also have retained The Manor and any money
from your parents. You do not have the right to use or
sell anything until you are 18 years old." After
everything is finished they leave and go back to
Hogsmeade. When they arrive Sirius and Snape turn to
the boys. "Okay boys, why don't you go see about
helping at the shop. We will meet you at our house at
5 PM." Harry and Draco go to the shop. On the way they
talk. "I'm glad I took the last name Snape." Draco
murmured. "I want nothing to do with Lucious." Harry
nods.
When the boys enter Fred, George, Ron and Dobby run
over. "So did it go through?" Ron asks excitedly.
Harry and Draco nod. "Yes I decided to remain Potter
while Draco is now Draco Snape." All four look at him
surprised. "You changed your last name?" George asks
surprised. Draco blushes and nods. "Yes I don't want
to be associated with Lucious anymore. Severous Snape
is now my father." All six finish getting ready for
the opening tomorrow. At 5 PM Harry, Ron and Draco go
back to Sirius' home. All three men are sitting
talking about the upcoming school year. "Hello boys.
There are clothes set out for you to wear. Muggle
clothing of course. Draco, your clothes are in Harry's
room. Oh and Harry, Hedwig brought a letter and a
small package to you." All three boys nod and run
upstairs. After a quick shower Harry walks out to let
the others in. He sighs as he pulls on a clean pair of
pants and dress shirt. He feels funny putting on a
different tie than the Gryffindor tie. He sighs and
heads downstairs. He sits at the table with a wince
and picks up the letter and package from Hermione. He
opens the package to reveal a muggle book on owls. He
starts reading it then remembers the letter. He opens
it and his jaw hits the floor. He runs upstairs.
"Guys, hey guys, you'll never guess who got into
Hogwarts." Five heads appear outside of the rooms.
"Who?" Ron asks excitedly. "Hermione's cousin. She
just turned 11. Hermione is very excited. She's gotten
permission from Dumbledore to bring her up early with
her so as to help her. Hermione says she's got some
problems. She has to walk with crutches all the time.
They hope with magic they can cure her. But back in
the Muggle world she'll be forced to use them again.
But otherwise she'll be fine." Draco turns his nose
up. "Another Mudblood. Great." Draco gulps at the
looks on everyone's faces. "Sorry force of habit." He
gulps out around a lump in his throat. Snape gets in
his face. "That will do Draco. I think I made a
mistake by not spanking you this morning. May I borrow
your room Sirius?" He asks looking at his son with
glaring eyes. "Yes but don't forget we have
reservations for six o'clock." Snape nods and grabs
Draco's ear. "Let's go." He says sternly.

	Without any choice Draco follows him. "I'm sorry Dad.
It just slipped. Heck you have said the same thoughts
just a couple years ago. I promise it won't happen
again. Please don't spank me." He begs. Snape shakes
his head and brings his pants down with his wand.
After they're down he pulls Draco over his knee. He
pulls his shorts down. "You will be squirming through
supper." Snape raises his hand and brings it down hard
and fast, until Draco's bottom is a bright red. Draco
is crying so hard he doesn't realize the spanking is
over. It's not until Snape turns him over and cuddles
him close. "Shh son it's okay. I forgive you." Draco
nods his head sniffling quietly. "I'll never say that
again I promise." Snape rubs his back and lets him up.
"Come along now son."

	When Draco is redressed both go downstairs. All six
of them head to the Muggle world for dinner at a fancy
restaurant. All three boys enjoy themselves. The three
adult men are very impressed but don't say anything.
When they're finished they decide to walk around. As
they walk around Ron stops at a pet store. "Wow look
at the puppies." The other five share a knowing look.
Ron sighs and continues looking. By bedtime all three
boys are ready to fall asleep. Unfortunately Snape
realizes he won't get Draco home. Sirius smiles at
Snape. "We can put Harry and Ron in one room and you
and Draco can share another if you wish?" Snape nods
and picks Draco up. He grunts under the weight. He
sighs and carries Draco upstairs. Sirius magically
pushes Harry's bed against one wall and conjures up
another one. Snape gently tucks Draco in with a kiss
to his forehead as he pulls off his shoes, tie and
unbuttons a couple of buttons. Eventually he magically
changes him into pjs. After he is ready Snape goes
across the hall to Sirius' room. "Do you have a pair
of sweat pants I can borrow?" Sirius nods and tosses
him a T-shirt and pair of sweat pants. "Thank you. I
wish I didn't have to spank him so much." Sirius nods
and gives his shoulder a squeeze. "They've been
through so much. They didn't get to enjoy their
childhood, so their making up for it now." Snape nods
and goes to bed.

	In the morning Draco wakes up with a start. He knows
this room isn't his room at Hogwarts. After he wakes
up enough, he sees Snape sleeping in the bed across
from him. He rises and goes to the bathroom. It felt
weird sleeping in Harry's bed, but he knew there had
to be a reason. As he is finishing up there is a knock
on the door. "Draco is that you? We need to get ready
to open the store. So please hurry up." Draco comes
out and Harry hands him the robes for the shop. "Dobby
brought you clothes to wear underneath. You can wear
shorts and a T-shirt. It'll be hot so that's what I'd
recommend." Draco nods and goes to Harry's room. Snape
is in there dressing himself in his normal black
robes. He smiles when he sees Draco carrying the robes
for the store. "I want you to do your best to behave
today. So to make sure you do it's time for your
morning reminder swats." Draco grimaces and walks
over. His father had told him when he had been
spanked, as long as the cream was on his bottom he
would be spanked before bed and in the morning. He
hated it but had learned to live with it. With a sigh
Snape pushes his pants to his ankles along with his
boxers. With a swift tug to his wrist Draco is across
his knees. Snape raises his hand and delivers a dozen
swats to his sit spot. Draco cringes and there are
tears in his eyes but he doesn't cry. Snape stands up
and turns his back while Draco dresses. "I'm sorry
that was necessary. If you behave this weekend. I will
let you off early. I want you to be happy." Draco
smiles and hugs him. "Thank you Dad. I'd appreciate
it." Snape smiles and returns the hug.

	Both go down and eat a quick but filling breakfast.
Sirius hands Harry a bag. "Everything is in small
doses. Easy for quick snacks. Behave boys." All three
nod their heads. When they arrive at the store Fred
and George are running around trying not to trip over
Dobby. Fred sighs in relief. "Grab an apron and get to
work. The store opens in 30 minutes." All six run
around and get things ready. When it's time Harry
walks to the door and a bright smile crosses his face.
The first seven customers are family. "Well I guess
our first gold coin will be from family." He says as
Mr. and Mrs. Weasley, Dumbledore, Snape, Sirius,
Lupine and Hagrid come in. Harry backs up to get out
of the way especially as Hagrid comes in. As more
customers come in Harry runs around with the others.
By 11 AM Harry slips out back to grab a quick snack.
He sighs as he grabs a quick drink of soda also. After
the quick snack he goes to the register. Fred was
running the register. "Fred why don't you take a quick
break. I'll cover the register." Fred nods and slips
out the back.

	By closing time all five are ready to collapse. Fred
and George sort the money into different
denominations. "My goodness we did spectacular for our
first day. Tomorrow'll be better I bet. There were so
many people in here and there were others who wanted
to get in that couldn't. Okay boys go on up to
Hogwarts and get some supper. Dobby'll have saved you
something." All three boys take off there aprons and
walk out the back door tiredly. When they arrive at
the great hall supper is almost finished. The boys
collapse into chairs and magically the plates in front
of them fill. Hungrily they dig in. By the time
they're done eating they're all barely awake. Sirius,
Lupin and Snape gently help Harry, Ron, and Draco up
to Gryffindor tower. With some difficulty they tuck
the boys in. After they're tucked in the three men
slip out and go to their own chambers. Before they
split up, Sirius sighs and turns to the others. "I
hope the boys won't be to startled about waking up in
there." Lupin sighs and nods his head. "What about me?
My chambers are pretty much empty. Thank goodness
Dobby made sure our beds are made. But it will be so
empty." Sirius sighs and hugs him close. "That's life.
Come on."

	Around 2 AM Draco is woken up by Harry thrashing
around in a nightmare. Draco tries to wake him up but
can't. Draco runs and wakes Ron up. "Get Sirius and
Lupin. I'll get my Dad." Both boys run off to get
their respective fathers and Sirius. Draco has a heck
of a time rousing Snape. Finally he gives up knocking
and aparates into his room. Snape wakes up as soon as
his alarm goes off. He spins and points his wand at
Draco. "DAD stop. Harry's having a nightmare and we
can't wake him." Draco yells as he dives out of the
way of the curse Snape sends. Snape stands up and
pulls Draco up. "Why didn't you KNOCK?" Draco gulps
and stammers. "I TRIED you weren't answering. He's
really worrying me."

	Snape grabs his robe and both go up to Gryffindor's
tower. Draco runs up to the portrait. "Gummy worms."
Snape looks at him strangely. "It's a muggle candy.
Harry came up with it." Just then Sirius and Lupin
come running, followed by Madame Pomfrey and
Dumbledore. All seven run up to find Crabbe and Goyle
restraining Harry. "He's gonna hurt himself. Do
something." Sirius pulls Harry up into his lap. He
holds him tight and close until he finally stops
thrashing so much. He whimpers and hugs his Dad back.
"W-what's going on?" He looks up at everyone crowded
into the dorm room. Sirius sighs and gives him a small
smile. "You were having a nightmare and no one could
wake you." Harry nods and runs a hand over his
tear-stained face. "Sorry I woke you guys." Snape
ruffles his hair. "It's okay Harry. Madame Pomfrey,
maybe you should give him something to help him sleep
through the night?" Harry shakes his head and whispers
in Sirius' ear. "Can I just sleep in your bed.
Please?" Sirius sighs and nods. "OK. Harry's going to
sleep in my chambers tonight. Come on son let's go."

	Sirius helps Harry to his rooms. When they enter
Harry's jaw drops. His Dad's quarter's were HUGE. "Wow
Dad these quarters are big. I need to use the
bathroom." Sirius nods and points to the door on the
left. Harry nods and uses the bathroom. When he comes
out Sirius is stoking the fire to make sure it still
burns throughout the night. He smiles at Harry and
walks to his bed. He pulls back the covers and Harry
climbs in. Sirius sighs and pulls him close. He smiles
as Harry lays his head on Sirius' shoulder. He runs
his hand through Harry's hair rubbing his scalp in a
comforting circles. "Get some sleep son. It's well
after midnight. You boys need to help run the store
tomorrow." Harry nods and curls even closer. Sirius
sighs and kisses the top of his head. "Sleep tight
son. I love you." Harry smiles and yawns throughout
his response. "Love you too Dad."

	When morning comes Sirius slips out of bed and takes
a shower. After a few minutes he looks up as Harry
enters. He pulls the curtain back enough to stick his
head out. "Mornin' Harry I'll be out in a minute. I
tried not to wake you." Harry sits on the toilet and
nods yawning. "No problem Dad. I heard the shower
running." Sirius nods and finishes showering. Sirius
reaches out for his towel and walks out. "Okay son
take a quick shower. We need to get going to the store
within the hour." Harry nods and gets into the shower.
When he comes out he finds his clean robes for the
store. When he enters the main room Sirius is looking
over a letter which had been attached to Hedwig's leg.
"Ah Harry there's a letter from Hermione along with
the one from her parents to me." Harry sits down with
a wince and reads the letter. "Oh the dinner is
Wednesday. Something about her staying at our house?"
Sirius nods and ruffles his hair. "Yes I was going to
ask Ron if he would mind sharing your room again so
Jen, Hermione and Ginny can share his." Harry shrugs
his shoulders. "I don't think he'll mind."

	Sirius sighs and gives him a quick hug. "Hermione's
parents are going to give Lupin and myself rights to
punish the girls. Come on Harry lets go grab some
breakfast." Both of them head down to the great hall.
Draco, Ron, Crabbe, and Goyle are waiting near the
head of the table for once. On his way by Sirius hands
Ron a letter from Hermione. Plus one from Ginny. Ron
smiles and opens the letters. "Oh Hermione and Ginny
want to come stay at our house. But wait where will
they sleep?" Harry leans over and whispers. "My Dad
was going to ask you if you'd be willing to move back
into my room. So the girls can have yours." Ron
sputters and looks up at the head table. Lupin looks
up and motions him close. Ron walks up and leans close
so he can hear. "It's up to you Ron but it would be
nice." Ron sighs and nods. "Okay Dad." Lupin ruffles
his hair and then the boys head to the store. When
they get to the store Fred and George are running
around. "Well finally you're here. We have a lot to
get done before we open the shop."

	After an hour and a half Ron opens the door. After a
long day Harry and Ron go home. Before leaving Harry
and Draco talk. "Hey you know it's Sunday night which
means..." Harry's eyes light up. "That means we're off
grounding. IF they think we were well behaved." Draco
nods and they part ways as Harry heads home. He sighs
as he enters and his Dad gives him a hug. "Well son
it's Sunday night. I said if you behaved yourself, you
can be off the grounding. I'll put the antidote on
your bottom tonight before bed." Harry gives him a
small smile. Sirius ruffles his hair and leads him to
supper. After a quiet supper Sirius surprises Harry.
"OK Harry, Ron if you boys want to go out you can. As
long as you're back by curfew. Understood." Both boys
smile and nod. Harry and Ron head out and aren't
surprised to find Draco and the boys wandering around
also. "So the girls are coming to stay with you? You
must be excited Ron your girlfriend is coming back."
Ron smiles and smoothes his hair. "Yes there coming
back Wednesday. Plus well I'm not sure what to call
Ginny now. Hey Harry we should see if we can go with
our father's to get them in Diagon Alley. They might
be willing. Especially since we've been behaving."
Harry nods and the boys head to the candy store. Both
Harry and Ron grumble. "Dad didn't give us our pocket
money. I'll run home and get it Harry. Or we can't buy
anything." Harry nods and Crabbe goes with him. A half
hour later the boys show back up. Ron hands Harry his
pocket money and they go back to buy some candy. Bye
10 PM Draco, Crabbe and Goyle head off. "We better
hurry or we'll be late. And I, for one, want that
antidote." Harry nods his head and the boys hit the
road. After a half hour Harry and Ron head home.

	When they arrive Sirius and Lupin are waiting. "Okay
boys we just wanted to make sure you're absolutely
sure you want to give up your own rooms for the
girls." Harry and Ron nod their heads. "We're sure. Um
Dad what do I call Ginny now? She's not my sister
anymore is she?" Lupin nods and gives him a hug. "I'm
not sure. You two should talk about it. I'm sure she's
thinking the same thing. But come on boys get some
sleep. You still have to work tomorrow." The boys
stand up and start to walk out until Harry remembers
something. "Um Dad could we um maybe go with you on
Wednesday? We've been really well behaved lately.
Please?" Sirius sighs and smiles. "Well we will have
to check with George and Fred to see if they can
afford to have you both not there first." Both boys
sigh and nod. "Ok Dad. Night." Sirius sighs and gives
him a hug. A half hour later Sirius walks upstairs and
applies the antidote to the pain medication. Sirius
sighs as he pulls up his son's pants. He sits down and
rubs his back gently. "I'm sorry that that was
necessary. Please try to behave so I don't have to use
that anymore. It hurts me to hurt you son. But
discipline is discipline. I love you son." Harry
throws his arms around his waist. "Thanks Dad I love
you too." Sirius pulls him into his lap cuddling him
close. "Did I tell you I'm proud of how many OWLs you
got?" Harry smiles up at him and nods. "Yes Dad but I
like it anyways. I'll try to make you proud. Every day
even when I don't." Sirius sighs and pulls him closer.
"Harry I'm always proud of you. You do a lot of things
that make me proud. Don't ever doubt that." Harry
sighs and hugs him back. "I guess I shouldn't doubt
that you are proud of me. Dad what is the word on
Ron's birthday present?" Sirius chuckles and ruffles
his hair. "Dumbledore doesn't see why not. When Snape
goes tomorrow he'll pick up the puppy." Harry nods and
yawns. Sirius smiles and stands him up. Once the
covers are pulled back and Harry has laid down Sirius
tucks him in.
