| As I watched the United States Marines take over the city of Baghdad, I was overwhelmed with Pride. Proud of all of the men and women who have risked their own lives to make this happen. One of the many young men over there was my nephew, Sergeant Christopher Wahl, USMC So I dedicate this page with love and support to Chris and to all of the U.S. and CoalitionTroops fighting to free Iraq. | Chris joined the Marines in September of 2000. He was a member of the 2/6 Marines out of Camp LeJeune. He was responsible for his group serving overseas in the Green Zone, protecting the US Embassy Chris has just finished serving 5 years in the Marines. He returned safely home in May of 2005. We will be spending our first Christmas in 5 years together again as a family. We will continue to pray for all of Chris's friends as well as for all the others still serving our Country. God Bless them all. |
