| This is one of the traveling salesman's items. If you take it into the Demon's Abode in the Desert, you'll be offered a deal by a Demon. He'll firstly offer you Circe's Charm which ups a couple of your stats, but drops your morals by half. If you refuse Circe's Charm, he'll offer you money, if you keep refusing his offers, you'll have to fight him.
