DI INVESTIGATION: Princess Diana's driver that fateful night in Paris wasn't only drunk, but under the influence of anti-depressant drugs, a source has told Reuters News Service. Earlier Tuesday, Paris officials announced that a third lab test showed Henri Paul's blood-alcohol level was as high as 0.180--more than three times the French legal limit.

DIANA UPDATE: A Paris jeweler crafted a $200,000 diamond ring for Dodi Fayed to present to Princess Diana at what turned out to be their last meal at the posh Ritz hotel, a London newspaper is reporting. "He told me how much he was in love with the princess," the jeweler, whom Fayed contracted, told the Sun. Fayed and Diana died, along with their driver, in a Paris auto crash early Sunday.
