Description: They look like a human being but they have a tail.
Requirements: In order to reach this level either their mom or dad have to be a Saiyan.
Saiyans that reached this level: Goku, Vegeta, Gohan, Future Trunks, Goten, Trunks, Bardock, King Vegeta, Nappa, ect. All
Description: They look like a gaint ape that stands about 50 feet tall.
Requirements: In order to reach this level they must have a Saiyan tail while they look at a full moon.
Saiyans that reached this level: Bardock, Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Baby Vegeta
Description: They have glowing gold hair that stands up along with green eyes. Plus your strength and speed become several times greater then normal.
Requirements: You must be overcome with rage.
Saiyans that reached this level: Goku, Vegeta, Future Trunks, Gohan, Goten, Trunks, Gotenks, Vegeto, Gogeta, and Broli.
Description: In this level your strength greatly increases but your speed is very low due to the bug bulky muscles.
Requirements: Not sure... Just have to train i guess.
Saiyans that reached this level: Vegeta, Future Trunks, Goku, and Broli.
Description: They still have glowing hair that stands up but it is a little longer. Also there are bolts of electricity surrounding them. The power is about the same as Ultra Saiyan but your speed is also improved to make you faster and more powerful at the same time.
Requirements: When Gohan turned this level he was overcome with rage because Cell steped on 16's head, but goku turned this level from just training in the other world. Vegeta just seemed to go this level from being turned Majin.
Saiyans that reached this level: Gohan, Goku, Vegeta.
Description: This is the most powerful level in DBZ. Their hair grows down to there feet and everything, speed strength and ability, are improved greatly.
Requirements: I dont really know, Goku once again reached this level from training in the other world. Gotkenks just some how turned to this level by wanting to (just like how goten and trunks could turn ssj by hardly trying).
Saiyans that reached this level: Goku and Gotenks.
Description: Definately thi most powerful form in DB, DBZ, and DBGT. In this form you keep your hair color but you grow red hair all over your body and as you would guess your speed, power and ability all improve greatly.
Requirements: Goku i think saw Pan cry wich made him turn SSJ4, Vegeta cheated and used the "Brute Ray" that Bulma made.
Saiyans that reached this level: Goku, Vegeta, and Gogeta.
Description: They look just like the normal Oozaru but they're golden colored.
Requirements: They have to have a Saiyan tail while they look at a full moon (sound familiar?), but this time they have to be a Super Saiyan while they do this.
Saiyans that reached this level: Goku, Vegeta, and Baby Vegeta.
