| As moms, we all need a little pampering at times. LOTS of times! We're probably the most neglected members of our families and it's so important for us to just say "STOP! I need some 'ME' time!" I know, I know! "ME" time for a mom is near impossible. As I'm typing this my 4 year old keeps coming up to me telling me she "wants me". I love my children with all my heart and soul, but after spending 24 hours a day with them, 7 days a week sometimes you just need to get away or else you're going to explode! That's where I am right now. Mommie Burnout! It's such a hard thing to go through, especially emotionally. You hate to admit that you need to be away from your kids but at the same time you're on the verge of a nervous breakdown! Sometimes, just a few minutes a day can do a world of good!
