| Donald Wisdom, B.A. My Word: Some things, are not now as they were previously. Much of history was in black and white. It is our job to bridge the gap between these. A little joke we have in our department is for that there are more history now then there used to be! The past is alive! |

| We are proud to offer courses in: History HIST1301--This is a state-mandated course, so we still offer it. Although, there's not much to teach as we haven't found much that happened in the year 1301. HIST1971--The year EMU became a 4 year institution; also the year Ronald Reagan was elected President. Mythics and Believers--A comprehensive study of the great cynics and seers from Zeus to Merlin. Civilization--A stdy of the great civilizations of the world history. *PC required* U.S. and Mexican History--A extensive history of the homelands. Cultures considered.... Historical Resources--An immersion in the tools of the trade so to speak. Comprehensive attention paid to reading and writing about histories regarding the past. |
