EPISODES
Writer/producer David Fury makes an appearance in "Once More With Feeling" as the man in the street singing about the dry cleaners getting the mustard out.

Writer/producer Marti Noxon appears as a woman arguing a parking ticket in "Once More With Feeling".

The ruins of Sunnydale High School exist only in matte form - created by Digital Magic

During "Restless" Tara's line "Come back before Dawn" is a reference to the season five character Dawn not actual sunrise

"Helpless" was originally titled "18"

In "Hush" when Buffy is having a dream about Riley he tells her "When I kiss you, I'll make the sun go down." It's actually a reference to Angel and not Riley.

When Faith asks for the date in  "This Years Girl" it was originally going to be Tuesday February 8 but was changed to Friday February 25

There were six drafts of the script for the episode "Who are you"

In "Revelations" Buffy comments "Its just another Tuesday night in Sunnydale" this is a reference to the regular schedule of Buffy on American television

What's my line part 1's script was changed.  The Willow distraction was originally to involve bats but frogs were used to fit in with her frog fear

In "Killed by Death", if you play in the real life locations of the Krispy Kreme donut shops there is only on in the LA area.  That'd mean Cordelia went out of her way to get Xander breakfast.

In "Lessons", Dawn refers to her first day at SHS as her "first day of high school." Yet she should be 16 years old and a sophomore by now, given that: A) she was 14 in Season 5 (this was stated in Real Me and Blood Ties),  B) she said that she was a freshman in Season 6 All The Way), and C) she said that she was in high school in Season 6 (Older and Far Away). Generally, you start high school at 14 (or even 13 if your birthday is early in the school year), so it was already slightly odd that she seemingly started high school at 15, but you could try to use the whole Key thing to justify that. She could perhaps actually be a sophomore, if Sunnydale is one of those fairly rare high schools that begin in 10th grade rather than 9th, but she clearly stated that she was in high school last season, so that's still a goof. In addition, there were statements in Season 5 that she was in both junior high (Checkpoint ) and 9th grade ( Tough Love ), which supports the "high school starts with 10th" theory, but which means she should be a junior (11th grade) by now! (Some people speculate that she could have been held back last year, but that's the sort of thing that would logically have been mentioned in this episode if the writers intended it. Anyway, it doesn't explain away the goof; she still said this was her first day of high school despite having said she was a freshman in high school last year.) (taken from BuffyGuide.com)

In "Beneath You", Spike is seen in the basement in the beginning of the episode; look at the marble wall next to him while he's moving towards the rat-there's his reflection.

In "Beneath You", after Nancy's dog is eaten by the big demon she runs into Xander who seems surprised.  The question is why would he be surprised if he was walking in the direction of the hole/demon/dog occurrence and should've heard or seen it?

In Season Seven's "Him" Spike's reflection can be seen in the store window just before Spike and Xander rush R.J.
