Search for Senna was an excellent start to the series; giving the chararcter life and a personality. David described his surroundings quite well, and really gave me the feeling I was strung up in chains next to them while they where hand cuffed to the wall outside Loki's castle.

David and Senna's firey passion was well done, with some excellent writing done by KA. The way you could slowly tell David was been bewitched by Senna was given just at the right time, and everything was perfect. I couldn't put this number down at the time... I'm plenty sure that you all felt the same way.

Doug's Review

Search for Senna is the first Everworld book. Personally I didn't like it much. But thankfully I bought Realm of the Reaper and Enter the Enchanted with it, which made me love it. I dont really like David books. He really annoys me for some reason. I found his camp experience a little disturbing and weird. No wonder he's so macho.

When David peed in front of Loki, I found that funny. David made a big deal out of it. I mean its a naturual human response. Okay, sorry to get all Jalil on ya, but come on. He needs to get over being so macho, but I guess having such an experience happen to you at such a young age can really tramatize you. So I try not to give him a hard time.
