The vet came to the same conclusion as I did about Basil's 'blood bubble' - too much activity. She told me to simply slow it down (yea, that should be easy) but I shouldn't complain as it's nothing serious and doesn't appear to cause him any discomfort.

I think Saturday is what did him in so I'm going to go back to walking the hill and trying to keep him away from other dogs for a little while. He gets really hyper with other dogs - even more so when he's on a leash. I can't wait until 2-3 more weeks when I can get him some real exercise.
