Hi Everybody. My name is Ryan Daley. I am 14 and from Knightdale, North Carolina. I have been a NASCAR fan ever since I could talk. I used to be a huge Jeff Gordon fan when I was little. I also have a NASCAR collection going. I have about 35 Action/Team Caliber 1/24 scale cars and over 700 1/64 scale cars from various diecast companys. I have 6 autographed 1/24 scale cars. 3 Kasey Kahne cars, 2 Robby Gordon cars and 1 Kurt Busch car. I went to my first race in 2003 at the Subway 400 at the North Carolina speedway. That day I met Jamie Mcmurray, Greg Biffle, Kurt Busch, and Dave Blaney. I usually go to 1 or 2 races a year. Why am I a Evernham Motorsports fan? Well for a bunch of reasons. First Kasey Kahne is my favorite driver. I used to follow him in the Busch Series. I was at the Last Rockingham race in 2004 when Kasey almost got his first win in his second start. Also my neighbor knows Elliott Sadler and Scott Riggs. He raced with Scott Riggs down at Southern Nationals Speedway in Kenly, NC. Also Scott's hometown, Bahama, North Carolina is right up the road from my house. My neighbor's wife went to high school with Elliott and Hermie Sadler and Ive met both of them also. And I think it is cool that Erin Crocker is driving for Evernham Motorsports. Alot of people think that just because im 14 I really dont know many of the driver's or how the sport was ran way back before I was born. Some people are amazed when I tell them what I know. My uncle calls me the "NASCAR encyclopedia" because I know so much about the sport. Heres some of the drivers I know that not many NASCAR fans my age would know about:

My favorite music is rock, metal, country and southern rock. Most of the people my age like rap. I HATE IT!!! It makes no since to me why somebody would want to listen to crap like that. I always say " you cant spell rap without a c " (crap) Some of my favorite bands are Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Molly Hatchet, etc... I enjoy working on this site and hearing from fellow Evernham fans.
