Honey Egg Facial
1/2 small egg white        1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar    1 drop  lemon essential oil

1. In a small bowl, beat 1/2 whole egg (or entire egg white or entire egg yolk) until
well broken up. Add the honey and vinegar and stir well to combine. (If you are using
1/2 of the whole egg, discard the other half or scramble it up for a quick bite.)

2. Add the essential oil last and mix well. You will need to mix this product especially
well if you are using the egg white only because the essential oil will not dissolve into
the egg white as readily as it will into the egg yolk.

3. To use, wash face and neck thoroughly and pat excess moisture from skin.
Apply Honey Egg Facial to skin and rest for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat skin gently dry. Follow with toner and moisturizer. You Glow Girl!!

Lemon-Ginger Oatmeal Facial
This easy to make recipe is great for regulating oily skin. The essential oils are
cleansing and astringent while the oats are soothing and gentle. Buttermilk is a
soothing astringent for acne-prone skin.

2 tablespoons ground oats
1 tablespoon buttermilk
1 egg white
1 drop ginger essential oil
1 drop lemon essential oil

1. Measure the oats into a bowl and set aside.

2. Combine the buttermilk and egg white and stir vigorously to incorporate.

3. Add the buttermilk and egg white mixture to the oats and stir until a smooth
paste forms. If the mixture is too runny to apply to the skin without slipping off,
add a few more oats to absorb some of the liquid. If the mixture is too thick to
apply easily to the skin, add a bit more liquid to smooth it out.

4. Once the mixture is smooth, add the essential oils and stir to combine. To use,
smooth a layer of mask over clean face and neck. Rest for 10-15 minutes. Avoid
eye areas. If your skin is especially sensitive, omit the essential oils. Rinse well with warm water and pat excess water from face and neck. Follow with toner and moisturizer.

It should be used immediately after it is made.
