Rental Agreement
To make your time with Evening Magic Limousine Service an enjoyable one, we ask for your cooperation with the following: Rental of Limousine is with full acknowledgment and agreement of the following terms and conditions:
All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking; Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of $100.00 of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due immediately at the beginning of service.
Evening Magic Limousine Service will strictly enforce State and Federal Laws and will maintain a Zero Tolerance compliance policy on the following, that no alcoholic beverages shall be consumed or used by any person not of the legal drinking age. That no possession, sale or use of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs is permitted. Violations will result in immediate termination of contract and services, and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees. Evening Magic Limousine Service will not be held responsible for injuries that occur due to horse playing while the vehicle is in motion or at a standstill. The client, upon signing this agreement, shall be responsible for his or her guests.
PROMS: Absolutely no alcoholic beverages shall be permitted in the vehicle, by any person or persons at any time regardless of their age! Evening Magic Limousine Service reserves the right to refuse service to any intoxicated or drug induced passenger prior to boarding.Parents or Legal Guardian shall be notified upon reaching the evening's final destination and passenger's departure.
If the Limousine Service is to be for any minor under the age of (18) eighteen years of age, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian. Adult Supervision is required when the passengers are under the age of (16) sixteen years of age. (Adult must ride in the passenger compartment with the minors.)
Client agrees to and is responsible for any and all damage to the inside of the vehicle's passenger compartment. This includes but not limited to: breakage, rip or tears, burns, act of vandalism to the upholstery, carpet, panels, headliner, electronic equipment (TV, Stereo), glassware, windows or other interior parts. Client furthermore agrees to the repair and/or replacement cost such of items. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. Evening Magic Limousine Service reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.
Evening Magic Limousine Service shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by (but not limited to) acts of God, traffic delays,breakdown accident, incorrect pickup and drop off information, and any situation beyond our control, we will use our best efforts to notify the customer of these conditions and resulting delays or changes.
In the event that Client wishes to cancel service, no refunds of deposit shall be issued by Evening Magic Limousine Service. Client may re-schedule limousine service, up to 90 days from the date of original booking after which client has no claim. Only under extreme circumstances the date of service may be extended. In the event that any part of this agreement is declared un-enforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

I, the under- signed, agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement and shall hold Evening Magic Limousine Service harmless for any situation that may arise beyond their control. I declare that I am over the age of (18) eighteen years of age and I sign with full understanding and I accept full responsibility for all boarding persons and/or guests.
