Aromatherapy oils are potent natural essences extracted from plants, and because they are so concentrated they  should be diluted before they are safe to use on the skin. If you suffer from sensitive skin or have Asthma or Eczema do a patch test  before using any essential oils for the first time.  Mix 3 drops of the test oil in 5ml. of carrier oil and apply a little to the inside of the wrist and leave uncovered and unwashed for 24hrs. If there is no itching or redness then the oil is safe for you to use.
