this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith. 1 JOHN 5:4 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. HEBREWS 11:1 So Jesus answered and said to them, Have faith in God. For assuredly, I say to you, whoever says to this mountain, Be removed and be cast into the sea, and does not doubt in his heart, but believes that those things he says will be done, he will have whatever he says. Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. MARK 11:22-24 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. HEBREWS 11:6 Jesus said to him, If you can believe, all things are possible to him who believes. MARK 9:23 That the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith - the salvation of your souls. I PETER 1:7-9 So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. ROMANS 10:17 A woman who had a flow of blood for twelve years came from behind and touched the hem of His garment. For she said to herself, If only I may touch His garments, I shall be made well. But Jesus turned around, and when He saw her He said, Be of good cheer, daughter; your faith has made you well. And the woman was made well from that hour. MATTHEW 9:20-22 When He had come into the house, the blind men came to Him. And Jesus said to them, Do you believe that I am able to do this? They said to Him, Yes, Lord. Then He touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith let it be to you. MATTHEW 9:28, 29 Is anyone among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. JAMES 5:14, 15
everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 1 JOHN 4:7, 8 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. 1 JOHN 4:10-12 As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Fathers command- ments and abide in His love. JOHN 15:9, 10 Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and under- stand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing. Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, does not seek its own, is not provoked, Thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all Things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails. But whether there are prophecies, they will fail; whether there are tongues, they will cease; whether there is knowledge, it will vanish away. And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love. 1 CORINTHIANS 13:1-8, 13 The Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that I came forth from God. JOHN 16:27 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him. JOHN 14:21 The Lord has appeared of old to me, saying: Yes, I have loved you with an everlasting love; Therefore with loving kindness I have drawn you. JEREMIAH 31:3 God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. ROMANS 5:8 I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. ROMANS 8:38, 39
life, and this life is in His Son. 1 JOHN 5:11 God so loved the world that He gave His only begot- ten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. JOHN 3:16 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life. JOHN 5:24 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. JOHN 6:47 The poor shall eat and be satisfied; those who seek Him will praise the Lord. Let your heart live forever! PSALM 22:26 I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world. JOHN 6:51 We know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. JOHN 5:20 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. PSALM 23:6 The Lord knows the days of the upright, and their inheritance shall be forever. PSALM 37:18 Do not labor for the food which perishes, but for the food which endures to everlasting life, which the Son of Man will give you, because God the Father has set His seal on Him. JOHN 6:27 God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave, for He shall receive me. PSALM 49:15 When this corruptible has put on incorruption, and this mortal has put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written: Death is swallowed up in victory. O Death, where is your sting? O grave, where is your victory? 1 CORINTHIANS 15:54, 55 Jesus said to her, I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die. Do you believe this? JOHN 11:25, 26 My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me. And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. JOHN 10:27, 28 |
