To get a copy of the submission form or to send in a submission with a form

To any Authors' Guild Officer or Leaf by Leaf editing staff member.
� Present the Leaf by Leaf staff with:
1) a hard copy of your work,
2) an electronic file.
� Submissions should observe the rules of grammar and punctuation (e.g., quotation marks used for dialog).
� We will not retype any essay; instead, we respect the submitter�s responsibility for sending us materials in publishable form.
� The Author�s Guild will provide computer time to ensure equal access and ability to type up electronic files.
� All submissions should be copies; we return no poems or disks. We take no responsibility for pieces submitted that do not follow our guidelines.
� Submissions may include short fiction, poetry, essays, and brief dramatic treatments.
� The EVC Leaf by Leaf staff may need to get in touch with you to verify your acceptance of material it deems necessary to edit.
� All writers should carefully proofread and revise submissions before presenting them to members of Leaf by Leaf staff.
