| Walter and I were "Thee Royale Creature Keepers" on the "Fools Weekend". Walter carried his Raven and I carried Bubby the robot cat. All the children loved us, and Bubby scared Little Egypt during her dance. Below is a small girl, who played with Bubby and the Raven throughout the time we were at the "Pub Sing". Isn't she just adorable? Reminds me of Shirley Temple in her first movie. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Two of the Minstrels of Mayhem, the original two, entertain during the pub sing. On the left is Jerry Barry and on the right is Ty Billings. The new member of the troup is Thomas Nuendel. Thomas plays the violin very well, Ty plays flute and guitar, and Jerry also plays guitar. They sing beautiful harmony, hilarious pub songs, along with lots of cutups (especially from Ty) a must see at the Fair. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| Here's a closer look at our costumes for this weekend. We had our "Rescue" sign reflecting the language of "Olde England" Note Walter's lack of "tooth". He lost a crown while eating an ice cream. This will be our last visit for this year, as we are booked for our train shows, and we need to make money for our Rescue. But, going to the RenFair is our little bit of fun every year. This year we "dressed" for the first time. We will be wearing these outfits for a county Halloween celebration for the kids at our county fairgrounds, as part of the Chamber of Commerce. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
