AOL does not display many Internet web sites correctly.   For those of you that use Windows, you do have another option available.  Windows comes with a "Web Browser" called Internet Explorer.  This program should be visible on your Windows Desktop.  The first time you want to use Internet Explorer to view a web site that AOL has messed up you need to do the following steps.
 
Step 1
Minimize your AOL program

Step 2
With your mouse click on the Internet Explorer program with the RIGHT mouse button, do not use the LEFT button.

Step 3
With your mouse click on "Properties" with your LEFT mouse button.

Step 4
A new window will open, in the center of this window is a button that says "Delete Files...", click on that button with the LEFT button of your mouse.

Step 5
Another window will open, Click on the "OK" button of the new window with the LEFT mouse button.

Step 6
Once the "Delete files" windows closes, click on the "OK" button of the "Internet Properties"

Step 7
Double Click on the Internet Explorer program with the LEFT mouse button.

Step 8
Re-visit this web site.  Everything should now look MUCH better.
