I have known Eva for three years. Although we have had a personal friendship, rather than a professional relationship in that time, I have become familiar with the excellent attributes that this outstanding candidate has to offer in the employment setting. The first attribute that bears mentioning is her exceptional work ethic. On numerous occasions we had social plans that had to be scrapped because of her commitment to work and studies. The entire time I have known her she has been enrolled fulltime in University while working fulltime (and sometimes overtime) at work. As a Professor at the University of Houston and at Bond University, I know how rigorous the demands of an MBA degree can be. Moreover, we all know what a notoriously demanding profession nursing is! Nevertheless, throughout this period Eva balanced these two competing demands and excelled at both. The second attribute that stands out is her exceptional intellect. Apart from the fact that she speaks more languages than the Secretary General of the United Nations, she has consistently demonstrated a keen analytical wit and ability to capture even the most complex concepts in business and healthcare administration almost instantly. You will not have to spend much time educating Eva about the special circumstances in your organisation's business environment. She is a "self-starter" with exceptional initiative.
