The sound children make while consuming food they do not like!
Well it's not often heard in our family... my daugther (age 9) only complains when the taste is to sweet. 

- and then it's not only "Ugh"... it's  bvadrrr og yikks! -
She is a diabetic!

On this page I'll try to bring some recipies which are either 
lowfat or almost sugarfree


Pizza everyboddy loves a good one:

Choise you'r favourit dough, but  replace 1/3 Wheat/durumflour with wholemealflour : The Dough is still light and fluffy,  but you'r intestine will have some serious work to do.

Replace an ingrediens or add a totally different: Introducing the "Amazing Potatoe" Peel the potatoes and grate them, wring them and dry them... and now you have a perfect topping. The backed potatoes becomes deliciously crunchy... and then potatoes fills you up longer than for instance pineapple
