The Most Effective Way To Storm a Building. |

As you're probably know there has been a lot of debating on the way to storm a building. I will now explain the few simple steps to take in order to invade a building. I guarantee you you will sustain minimum casualties and find defence does not always kill more than attack.
The example I will give is how to storm a blockhouse II. |

Below you can see the French who are trying to take the blockhouse. As you can see an artillery bombardment of the building to simply clear it will not work as the British have peasants around it.
The most important thing is not to go up to the building to capture it if you have not upgraded your pikemen. If you have not upgraded your pikemen you are sending them to a demoralizing defeat.
If your men are not upgraded then do not send them and concentrate in defence until you have upgraded them. |

You should advance slowly and at all costs hold the line in order to take the blockhouse.
If your men are upgraded you will notice how they are not fleeing or falling in mass numbers. |

When your troops have reached the blockhouse door advance your musketeers to close range of the building and have them fire a volley into it.
If your musketeers are upgraded you would have killed everyone in the building. If not then you will have to send in your pikemen to finish off the job. |

After sending in the pikemen the building will fall to you and the maximum number of deaths on your side would have been around 15. |
|
|
|

|
|
Finally you get the pleasure of shooting all retreating peasants! |
