As you are most likely aware, Jotter Technologies Inc. has agreed to
an acquisition by SAFLINK Corporation. As a result, we are making some
exciting changes to Jotter.

We are working to provide a new and improved Jotter available for
download in early November. Unfortunately, these improvements require
Jotter's Get Paid program to be discontinued. Regular payment terms
will be in effect until midnight PDT on September 30, 2000, after
which time Jotter Technologies Inc. will no longer pay members for
use of Jotter. You will not experience any disruptions in the
functions of the Jotter toolbar and we hope you will continue to use
Jotter for its award-winning features.

Saturday, September 1: SurfingPrizes permanently closed. This is from their website:
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Due to an overwhelming response to our program we were unable to completely sell out our advertising inventory. Therefore we have decided to close SurfingPrizes.com, Inc. effective September 1, 2000. As a result, the SurfingPrizes.com service is no longer available to members, all membership agreements will be terminated effective September 1, 2000, and members will not receive further credits to their accounts.
Our plan of dissolution contemplates the collection of assets and partial payments to creditors, including members, subject to the terms of the Membership Agreement. A partial payment is anticipated as it appears that SurfingPrizes.com's assets will be less than our debts and expenses. In order to receive a partial payment on your account, please submit a claim indicating that you want to receive payment. All payments will be made in cash. CLAIMS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY DECEMBER 31, 2000. Failure to timely submit a claim will result in your claim being barred and will not be paid. Claims should be made on the regular payment form that is on this web site. We appreciate all of your support and apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused.
Tuesday, August 1: Adsenger Beta is now available for all users to download. It may take users a few days to begin receiving ads. Sorry for the delay, but we hope that you will like Adsenger for its unintrusiveness. We also hope that watching interesting commercials are the way of the future!
Sunday, July 23: News from GetPounds:The New version of the Adticker is now generally available and can now be being downloaded. We will be starting to stream ads in the next few weeks.
Once you have downloaded the Adticker, you will be able to benefit from having this useful utility on your desktop. We are putting together a full set of advertising for you to view. At the moment we are only streaming 'Test Ads' and 'House Banners' for which you are not paid. You will start to see adverts from the middle to end of July 2000 onwards.

***May Earnings***
May's earnings have been posted on your account page. Checks will be
mailed starting July 20th to those members that earned their selected
minimum amount and selected a method of payment. Please verify your
mailing address in your account information to avoid any delays with your
payment.
Note that if you have not selected a method of payment and minimum amount
you will not receive payment. Your earnings will simply accumulate in your
account.
***Payment Requirements***
You must have the following requirements to receive payment:
* Select a method of payment
* Select minimum payment
* Provide a valid mailing address
Please note that you will not be eligible to receive payment until you
select a method of payment and minimum amount. Just logon to your account
page and click on Payment Method and Minimum Payment (located on the upper
right hand corner of your account page).
Also verify your mailing address in your account information to avoid
delays in receiving your payment. Just logon to your account page and
click on Change Your Info (located on the lower right hand corner of your
account page).
***DD Debit Card***
As you all know by now, the DD Debit Card is currently unavailable. Anyone
that selected the card as his or her method of payment will receive a
check instead. However, if you prefer to wait to receive payment by DD
Debit Card you need to increase your minimum amount to $500, to avoid
receiving payment by check. You will not lose your earnings; they will
simply accumulate in your account. Once the card is available, you may
decrease your minimum amount to receive payment.
We will keep you posted on the status of the DD Debit Card in the member
update emails.
***International Members***
We would like to inform our international members that as of July 13, 2000
only certain countries will be eligible to join our program. We have taken
this step in an effort to increase the pay rate for all members. Everyone
can help increase the pay rate by visiting our advertisers websites and
buying their products.

down menu.
Please note that if you are a current member and do not see your country
listed, you will continue as a member with the same privileges as all of
our members.
***Cheating Policy***
DesktopDollars is in the process of busting cheaters. Our goal is to
eliminate cheaters from DesktopDollars programs, therefore improving the
quality of our users and advertisers, providing better services, and
increasing our pay-rates.

***ProfitZONE Problems***
From July 10 through early morning July 12, the ProfitZONE bar began to
experience some access problems. While the site remained open and
operational, some members who attempted to log on the ProfitZONE may have
received error messages such as, "Page Can Not be Displayed", "Action
Cancelled" and "Server to Busy".
While most access problems have now been resolved, we apologize to all
