Hans won Best Miscellaneous Dog of the Year for the year 2002! Here's what the judges said about him:
Emily - This was the only nominee for the Misc. catagory. I'm giving him a 4 on record. Tracking and agility wins are pretty good. In schutzhund he averages about a 5th. Conformation wins are pretty high. Sounds like a highly intelligent, active dog. Considering his strong work instinct I think his owner does well to show him extensively and keep him busy. Handsome dog with a catchy appearence.
Cheryl - Unfortunately, there wasn't much competition in the Misc. group this year. However, amongst the Misc dogs that were around, this is the dog that I think we know about more than any. He's been a great ambassador for this little-known category ;) That being said, with such little competition, he still managed to rack up 113 conformation pts, with a Grp 1 at Eukanuba. Some performance sports he competes in haven't been that strong, agility and tracking being his best sports.
