-a to form the dogs with the functions of dog of police force, dog first-aid worker or dog tracker, watchdog, possibly any type of service or activity
-b the training of instructor, adjuster or dog handler for the dogs taken again under a. as well as
the training of judge or appearing for the contests, the examinations or evaluations
-c to respect the interests of the members of association
-d to promote the use in practice of the dogs drawn up as evoked under A.
