LUZ VERCELES
DADIVAS is an accomplished and versatile female
impressionist artist. She was born in 1963 in picturesque
La Union Province in the Philippines. Her grandfather was
an indigenous artist.
After
having participated in several group shows, she held her first
solo art exhibit in 2003 at the Lush Life Gallery,
Orchidarium, Rizal Park. Aptly titled “Lush Blooms”,
it was attended by guests from the United Nations and the
arts community.
Fellow
artists fondly describe her cheerful impressionist
works as magical flowerism
|
As a natural colorist,
her unique style captures the innocence, beauty and serenity
of nature that many of us long for in this fast age of modernization
and globalization. Fellow artists fondly describe her cheerful
impressionist works as magical flowerism. She also loves to
paint her nocturnal dreams in oil or acrylic on canvas and
glass. International collectors, professionals, artists,
diplomats and other prominent individuals
proudly collect her fascinating works.
Aside from having been
exhibited in museums and art galleries, her colorful paintings
are now found as unique decors and centerpieces in trendy
residences and reputable venues in Asia,
Europe, and North America.
