Hi everyone!!!! This is a site for the greatest man in the world. He lives in Toronto Ontario and his name is Eugene Slonimerov! Eugene is 26 years old and he plays in a band called LENIN I SHUMOV!!!! They play around Toronto and will be releasing an EP soon on the Blocks Recording Club non-label! Hey! Guess what!! The guy who started Blocks, Steve Kado, is in the band!!!!!!
I first heard of Eugene Slonimerov last spring. I was doing a google search for "Lenin" because I had to write a school project on Russia and I happened to stumble across Eugene's amazing band, Lenin i Shumov!!! I clicked on sound files and wow, I was convinced!! They were my new favourite! After listening to the two sound files that they had up for 2 weeks I finally worked up the courage and I wrote him an email asking him if they were signed and if i could buy their CD! Eugene ACTUALLY WROTE BACK!!! A week later I got an e-mail saying that it would be out soon, and almost a year later it really is, but hey, good things come to people who wait! This site is
