| Bredwn 1/2 c milk 1/2 c shortening 1 tsp salt 1/4 c sugar 1 c almonds (chopped) 1 c raisins 2 1/4 c all purpose floor 1 tsp vanilla flavoring Scald milk, add shortening, salt, and sugar. Still until dissolved. Cool to luke warm ad flour beat until smooth. Add vanilla flavoring. Let stand 20 min. then knead and add raisins. Grease dish and cover bottom with 1/2 c of almonds. Place dough on top of the almonds. Let stand for additional 20 minutes. Then pour remainder of almonds on top. bake @ 425 for 20 minutes or until done. Depends on dish. |

| Murtabadw Dough 4 eggs 1 lb flour 3/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 12 oz water Filling 1 1/2 lb minced chicken (boiled) 1/2 tsp salt 20 oz onions 20 oz peppers (various to taste) 4 stalks of celery (boiled) 1 lb shredded cheese (your choice) To make dough mix in a bowl all ingredients w/ water. knead into a smooth dough let stand over night in fridge Divide into equal parts, roll out thinly Mix all filling ingredients to get in seperate bowl. Take 1 tbsp of filling place in the center of the dough. wrap the dough around the meat and twist to close. drop into hot oil until brown |

| Ricdw Ingredients 1 2/3 c rice white 2 1/2 c water 1 tsp salt 1 large onion chopped finely 1 garlic clove or chopped dehydrated garlic will work 1 tbsp black pepper 2 tbsp butter 3 lb chicken/beef (your choice) 1 lb of velveta cheese 1/2 lb of chopped celery Boil rice in water sautee onion, garlic, celery in the butter, once soft add rice and cheese. Add in the chicken or beef (precooked) stir until cheese is melted. * instead of celery you can use broccoli or carrots**** |

| Chidw 5 lb chicken 1/3 c tomato paste 1/3 c soy sauce 1/3 c brown sugar 3 tbsp of bbq sauce 1/2 c ground ginger 1/2 c garlic powder Mix tomato paste, soy sauce, brown sugar, bbq sauce, ginger and garlic to gether. Debone and broil chicken, pour mixture over chicken place in oven preheated @ 400 for 20 minutes until sauce has glazed. |

| Swebedw 1 1/2 lb ground beef 1/4 c brown sugar 1/4 c honey mustard 1/2 c cayenne powder 1 tsp salt 2 c water 1/3 c ground garlic powder 1 bag of veggies (frozen) cook ground beef and veggies, mix brown sugar, honey mustard, cayenne powder, salt, garlic powder and water together. Pour beef into a cassarole dish, top with veggies pour sauce over. You can shred some cheese over*** Place in preheated oven @ 375 for about 25 minutes, until sauce is glazed and bubbling. |

| Candw 1 c confectioners sugar* 3 c regular sugar 1 tbsp vanilla flavoring 1 c water 1 1/2 c regular corn syrup Take a piece of Wax paper coat with the confectioner's sugar, In sauce pan addl regular sugar corn syrup and water. stir until dissolved. After completely dissolved let boil Using a candy thermometer, boil until 300 degrees... If you don't have a CT (candy thermometer boil until extremely thick.) Remove from heat and pour onto wax paper. Once it begins to cool will start to become more firm and less syrupy. When it cools to the touch you can shape the candy. ***You can add other flavorings or candy oils.****** |

| Ca`nw 2 pkg any flavored pudding 2 c chopped banana chips 2 c coconut flakes 1 c chopped almonds 1 c chopped pecans follow instructions on pkg for pudding add in the banana chips, coconut almonds and pecans. put in the fridge until firm. Serve |

| Black walnut Cake 1 cup butter 1/2 cup shortening 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar 1 1/2 cups white sugar 5 eggs 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup milk 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 cup chopped black walnuts 1/4 cup butter 4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar Bake at 375 until done. Once cooled completely, you can apply Vanilla Ice Cream for a cool and tasty treat! (No this isn't tinguan but I love Walnut cake!!!) |
