Appearance	Any combonation of black, yellow, white, grey, and blue. Often heavily marked. Wings are not uncommon, nor are whispy fur tufts, manes, and spikes.
Traits	Emotional, Cynical, Mercurial
Restrictions	Usually shaman in rank
Extra Notes	All weathers are capable of manipulating the weather to some extent. Some can only gather a few clouds, while others can command monsoons to rain down upon their enemies. Weathers are very powerful.
