This Questionnaire is prepared for your benefit, as a prospective foster home; the dog you plan to foster; and Rescue. This information will give us an idea of your knowledge of the breed, and to aid us in temporary placement.

Fostering allows us to know, and to train abandoned and shelter dogs, preparing them for permanent placement. Often, it is the first "home", the first place these animals feel safe and loved. Please answer all questions.
