| Actually, she is supposed to due on the date of my birthday.. However, maybe she loves my tummy so much, and she do not want to leave the warmth of my tummy, that is why she is a week past due... In fact, I was advised to induce by doctor. So, on Thursday night, we went to the hospital and I register. I was quite nervous that time - you know.... first timer.. no experience what so ever! So, that night, the nurse gave me some medicine (not to be taken orally). Few hours later.. I feel the pain.. but not so pain... The next day, my husband came and accompany me... till noon, there is still no sign that the baby is coming out.. so, doc gave more medicine.. and few hours later.. I feel the contraction pain.. very pain.. I can't really explain the pain in words.. but then, it's like I woke up from dream.. and the pain had gone.. and I feel different now.. instead of contraction pain, I feel the feeling to push my baby.. .. I told my husband to check and he said that he could see the baby's head... getting ready to see the world! They pushed me into the labour room...the doctor was not around that time (performing Friday prayer).. and the nurse started to panic.. they told me not to push yet.. not until the doc. arrives. But .. hell!! I can't stop myself.. Few minutes later.. the doc arrived and we were very grateful to see him. Once pushed, and there she goes... Nur Qistina Dania was placed on my tummy while the doctor cuts the cord. What an experience!. |
