Ruler
My first "project" from my workshop. I was so proud because I used a router for the first time - a round over bit. Just a 1 X 4 pine board, walnut stain, and poly finish. But it has proved VERY useful and handy. We hang up our clothes on it every night. I like to look at this just to remind me how far I've come in my shop skills..
Hooks
Shop 1
My shop from the entrance. On the immediate right is my vise. The first tool I bought - the second was a 'gorilla' bar. I figured between the two there wasn't anything I couldn't handle. The bench areas on the right and back were there from the previous owner. Along with most of the junk underneath... In the back is my drill press, mortiser, and (cheap) table saw.
A little different view - you can also see the portable planer. The left side of the shop I use for large assembly, sawhorse work, etc. (And in the wintertime I let Erin park her car there)
Shop 2
Shop 3
A view showing the overhead lumber storage - which was left full by the previous owner. I'm still sorting through it, but there's a lot of usefull wood and trim there. In the foreground is another workbench that I built for my size (I'm 6' 4"). It's 41D X 62W X 42H. It gets used ALOT!
