Benefits:
-When properly equipped and taught the proper skills, they can be some of the fiercest warrior on the battlefield. In addition to their fighting skills, they can inflict incredible amounts of damage to a foe by throwing various weapons at them (a reason not to sell your items). Although the extra weapons will cause great amounts of damage, the best items to throw are Pinwheels, Rising Suns, and Wing Edges (Surikens). During Trance, a Ninja gains the ability "Sight" which allows them to go completely undetected and get critical hits with their Weapon 80% of the time.
Disadvantages:
-A disadvantage could be their quiet tone, keeping them from making friends, and therefore allies in a party. This isn't a real good one though. Ninja's are usually sworn to their specific god, and would give their lives up for it.
Some Tidbits:
- Ninja's have a state of honor. Meaning, they have a certain rate of chivalry. They usually will NOT kill innocents, and will almost always stick directly to their mission, without sidetracking.
- Basic Persona: Ninja's are usually loners, although this doesn't mean they have to be. They work FOR money, meaning once the job is done, they collect gil. They are usually trained to have little emotion.
