At the age of 12 she got sick and tired of being pushed and bossed around by Tantalus. She packed her bags and ran away, setting out on a quest to her homeland Limblum to find her lost sister. Spending a year hungery every night she slept on the streets and stole what she needed to survive. On her 13th birthday she ran into Sirius Vitale adopting, him as her "Big
brother" and deciding to join him and his on his quest to find his out about his roots. On the way they, meet many new people and visit many interesting places where each of them have found something about there birth. Yet Yuffie still remains wondering if her sister is even alive. On there journey, Yuffie encounterd a strange being that controls her when shes angry. back when she was small the same thing happened to her 12 year old brother who couldnt survive it and it ended up killing him.
