Es el noroeste del pa�s y en el territorio pampeano donde se desarrollo con inmensa popularidad, en la Pampa forma parte de los grupos ejecutantes de Malambos , Triunfos.etc, y en el noroeste acompa�a las l�neas mel�dicas de las chacareras de Santiago del estero y Tucum�n, 2 provincias del noroeste de Argentina, El bombo en la cultura folcl�rica Argentina representa la Danza en su m�xima expresi�n, pero tambi�n se lo puede escuchar acompa�ando Lamentos Y bagualas, Tonadas y Vidalas, y su influencia llego a las zonas mas distante de nuestro pa�s donde la cultura de los Incas es mas fuerte, pues se lo suele escuchar acompa�ando
