This is the programming of an individual's Neuron Activity to be accentuated into Abbreviated Faculties of their anatomy.
The Resultant Effect is to Deprive other faculties of the anatomy from receiving sufficient Neuron Activation to trigger correctly.
The further Result being the increasing inception of Disease and Disability.
