He would fancy himself a mob boss, but he has few underlings and tends to take a more Joker-esque hands on approach. His biggest caper hence far has be the poisoning of the all of the Easter candy with a mind control serum. His goal was to create an army of children who would be an unstoppable army. (Counting on the fact that the army and local law enforcement would not jeopardize the health and safety of the children)

When his goon asked him why Easter and not the more appropriate seeming holday of Halloween, he simply responded:

"That would be too obvious, besides it's more fun to feed kids laced chocolate bunnies.! Mwahahaha!"

He is apparently out of his... well... gourd. :XD
