The Challenge

A feeling of adrenaline seeps into my mind,
A mind yet unchallenged,
For the challenge is yet to come.

I am at ease,
For I know I can overcome it all,
When the time will come,
I can conquer,
With my pride and soul.
For I never give up,
And I never bow down.

On that shall I speak,
Where the heavens can hear,
Shatter at the sound of my voice,
When the listeners will listen,
And come my way,
I am ready,
You will see.

Code

As members of XIII, we are all bound together not only by a guild name, or a leader, but also by a set of beliefs and morals we all share. Keep the beliefs and morals of XIII close to your heart, and if you ever seek clarification of XIII’s code, seek out another member or council member.

1) We are a guild; individuals bound together. We are a family. If one member needs help (i.e.: has been killed) and requires assistance, all members shall come to provide aid.

2) Both Guild and Group Hunts shall be held more often:

Guild Hunts: All of XIII to participate. All earnings shall be put into the Guild Fund. Once every
so often, Eladine will appoint any magical drops earned during a Guild Hunt to a XIII member, or allow the member who originally earned the drop, to keep it. This is done to aid members in improving their weapons or armor, however the majority of the magical drops will be put into the Guild Fund.

Group Hunts:
Members of XIII volunteering will participate. All earnings will be split equally amongst participants. If magical drops are received, it is amongst the group hunters to decide how the drops shall be spent/split.

When hunting in a group, have diversity; you’ll all get the chance to learn about each other more, and members’ relations with each other shall strengthen. Realize that if you hardly communicate with a guild member, you shall not have a strong bond with that member; the bonds between members in XIII strengthen XIII. Keep your bonds strong, and XIII shall stay strong.

3) There is to be no Player Killing or Looting, unless:

In any other instance, if you wish to PK or Loot someone, you must ask Eladine’s permission (and in most cases, the answer will be "no.")

Retrieved loot from enemy corpses will be put into the Guild Fund, unless the loot had an original owner. For example, a PKer killed and looted another player, and has that looted item with them. If the PKer is killed, the loot should be returned to its original owner. The rest of the items will go to the guild fund and be dealt with as seen fit.

5) Guild Wars

6) Joining

7) Bonds and Loyalty Ties

8) Guild Tax
