Talents: Very persuasive, hand to hand combat, fencing,, computers, hacking, Singing, playing piano
Weapons: His rapier, fists, talons, and fangs.
Weaknesses: Needs Blood to survive, allergic to garlic, his eyes are sensitive to bright lights (can go blind)
History: Artemis cannot remember much before he was turned by his master named Solaris. He's not even sure if Artemis is his real name. He spent many of his years unter the wing of Solaris, but soon grew sympathetic to Solaris and his victims. Artemis began to hate his master.more and more each day until he finally ran away near the end of the 19th century. For a little more than a decade he roamed the streets of New York City, feeding off of rodents and stray animals until he was found by a women and her husband, both now members of the agency's Council. The three of them founded the Bureau of Supernatal and Paranormal Investigations. Artemis declined the chance to be a council member, knowing that kind of power could cloud his judgement on himself and cause him to become dangerous to his friends. He now works in the New York City district as an assistent to the District Head Agent Shailah.
