REGISTRATION, BOOKING AND EXPENSES

Attendance is open to all political, civic, community, faith groups and prominent individuals who are willing to contribute to the successful outcome of the Conference.

Accomodation: CCA had made arrangement to make single rooms available at £17 a day or £80 a week. Alternatively, participants could make their own arrangement. Hotel or Bed & Breakfast could cost £40 + a day in areas close to the Conference Venue (North London).

Transport: Participants coming from Europe can travel either by car, train or plane. As August is the busiest time of the year, those coming from other parts of the world may need to make flight reservation ahead of time. The conference venue is only 5 minutes walk from Caledonian Underground station on the Piccadilly train/ tube line, which runs from Heathrow Airport through to the centre of London. Moreover, trains from Stanstead and Gatwick Airports could also access the venue.

Expenses: There is no conference entrance fee. Participants will be provided with meals and refreshment during the conference. Those who may wish to stay over will have to cover their own expenses. Moreover, participants need to cover their travel and accommodation/Hotel expenses. Under exceptional circumstances, such as for those who are coming from Ethiopia and neighboring regions, conference organizers may cover part or full of their expenses.
