Ah yes, Takuto, everyones favorite bishonen ^-^. Takuto is a member of the team Negi Ramen, and his partner is Meroko. Takuto is just like a candy-coated marshmallow ^-^;;, On the outside he seems a bit moody and strict, but on the inside hes very sweet, and would probably do anything to save someone dear to him. He has a crush on Mitsuki, but unfortunately, he knows that she likes Eichi, so there will never be any room for him.(poor Takuto!) But still, Takuto tries to help Mitsuki as much as he can, and even breaks rules to do it.
Appearence
Takuto has brown hair tied back with a pink bow. He wears a white cat ear hat on his head with a blue belt going around it. He has a black midriff-showing turtle neck shirt, and a white and blue short sleeved jacket thats buttoned near the top. He wears normal blue jeans and brown shoes. On his back he wears a brown backpack with wings attached to it. To complete his costume, he wears blue and white gloves on his hands with his stuffed animal form(cat) head on them.

In his past, Takuto was a singer. He was in the band Route:L, where he become friends and like a younger brother towards Mitsuki's doctor, Keichii Wakaouji, and her father, Aoi Koga. After a while, the band broke up because Aoi died and Wakaouji became a doctor. Nevertheless, Takuto, still determined to be a singer, kept on singing alone. It may not have been as good as Route:L, but he could still continue on his dream. However, Takuto developed throat cancer, like Mitsuki. He had to go to the hospital, and when he woke up, his friend, Wakaouji, had already preformed surgery on him, so he would never be able to speak or sing again. Wakaouji explained that his life was more important than his singing. However, Takuto disagreed. In the Anime, one dark rainy day, Takuto sat on a ledge thinking about everything that had just happened. He thought that there was no use in living andf that he wanted to escape a world without music. With that, he jumped onto his motorcycle and started to drive. He then closed his eyes and let himself lose control of his bike, and crashed onto the edge railing of the road. He fell off his bike down the cliff and died. (*cries* I cried at this part...). In the manga, after Takuto learned that he wouldn't be able to sing anymore, he argued with Wakaouji. After that he stepped off the building and died. While he fell he thought, "In this world that's overflowing with music...I would go insane...It's impossible to forget the sound...or...is having something more important than your life such a crime? Is it something to be against?".Of course, once he became a Shinigami, he deeply regreted it. The worst part is, Takuto's only a half-shinigami,(hence the fake tail, wings, and cat hat) so if he remembers his past he'll be doomed to become a ghost and wander aimlessly in the world for eternity...
