Meroko is 1/2 of the Shinigami team Negi Ramen. Her parter in crime is Takuto, whom she is in love with. In the beginning of the series, its seems as if Meroko hates Mitsuki, and acts very bratty because she thinks Mitsuki is 'stealing' Takuto from her. But throughout the show we learn that Meroko really does care for Mitsuki and even breaks rules at times to help her.
Meroko is the type of person that's always energetic, talkative, and a bit annoying. But that's what makes her a fun character.;D In the manga, Meroko's personality differs a little. She's actully very strict in following rules, and not as outgoing and talkative like the anime.
Appearence
In the anime Meroko has long knee-length pink hair with pinkish eyes. She has bunny ears and tails, and on her back are white wings. She wears a strapless red top that shows her stomach. Its lined with white ruffles. She wears a red skirt with lots of white ruffles at the top and a black belt. On her hands she wears red and black gloves, again, lined with white ruffles, and on her feet she wears red high heeled platform shoes. On her head she wears a red and balck hat with white ruffles. To complete her costume, she has on white stockings and a black belt for a choker.
In the manga her costume is almost the same, only instead of red its black, and her stockings are black fishnets. There are also flowers and ribbons on her hat, and later in the chapters she wears a red ribbon around her neck with the choker.
