Some may be wrong. But anywho...Here are a few spoilers that I have gotten.
Season 6

Epsiode #20 Villians- Where Willow is really pissed at Tara's death and is out to get the one who is responsible for it.

Epsiode #21 Two To Go-Willow goes after the rest of the guys (Jonathan and that one other dude)

Epsiode #22 Grave-Season Finale. All I know is that Giles will be returning and Spike is suppose to be back also. As soon as I find out more info, I'll post it.

Season 7
After going to the Shaman, Spike wonders around Africa the whole episode asking for directions on how to get back to the shipping docks because he forgot to get a map from the Shaman. The natives tell him to follow the sun. Meanwhile back in Sunnydale Willow vows to give up magic again while Clem installs a satellite dish in Spike's crypt.

Episode 2: Titled "Collateral Damage"

When Xander's construction site gets rampaged by some demons Dawn is forced to get someone else to teach her how to drive since he's busy with the clean up. With Buffy still not able to drive and Willow huddled in the corner of the room in a fetal position night and day with guilt, she gets Clem to take her out on the highway. Wackiness ensues.

Episode 3: Titled "Rock the Cradle"

Fed up with having no boyfriend due to her still slightly wrinkled and veined skin, Anya feels alone so she starts thinking about having a child and goes to the Sunnydale sperm bank to get pregnant. Meanwhile Spike finds his way to a dock in Africa to hitch a ride back to Sunny D. The last scene of the episode is of him getting on the ship as he turns around and looks back towards the land saying, "What the hell did I come here for?"

Episode 4: Titled "Gotta Have Shades"

When Willow walks outside for the first time in four months, she accidentally blinds two people who were driving by as they wreck their car because of her lack of tan. The people in the car later report that, "They were blinded by a big bright light coming out of a residence, causing them to wreck." Casper like complexion Willow walks back into the house and curls back up into the corner. Meanwhile, Buffy takes a tired and stressed out from his job Xander for Pizza with Dawn. Clem house sits and watches Willow while they're gone.

Episode 5: Titled "Fog Town USA"

After coming ashore Spike is astonished at how much things really are different. However, after a night's stroll into town through the fog he realizes he's in London. Pissed and vowing to personally sink his teeth into the captain of the ship he was on for misleading him, Spike makes his way back to the docks albeit too late. Needing a place to stay, Spike remembers an old friend in the area and decides to pay him a visit. Meanwhile, back in Sunnydale Buffy finally realizes that she hasn't mentioned anything about her mom for over a year. Guest Starring Anthony Stewart Head as Rupert Giles.

November Sweeps
Episode 6: Titled "Suspicion"

In an action packed hour of BtVS, the slayer and the gang investigate numerous mysterious deaths in the past couple of days around Sunnydale city limits and find out that there is a survivor of the attacks being held at SunnyDale Hospital. When Buffy goes to ask the survivor a few questions, she finds the lady to have just died prior upon her arrival. However, with the slayer tracking down a lead from the nurse who recalled "a friend" visiting the lady just prior to her death Buffy finds out something out that will rock the whole gang to their very core as they find out someone may not be who he seems.

Episode 7: Titled "Brother of Mine"

After getting descriptions from an eye witness that put Clem at the scene of the lone survivor's death, Buffy and the gang go to Spike's crypt to bring him to justice only to find out that it wasn't him who killed the lady, but Clem's twin brother, Flem. In a spectacular battle filled with fantastic CGI visuals, Buffy defeats Flem but only enough to where he leaves town. Meanwhile, Willow looks outside.

Episode 8: Titled "Home Sweet, Home"

Buffy receives a phone call from Giles, warning her that Spike may be on his way back to Sunnydale just as he rides back into town. On his first stop, Spike finds his way back to his crypt to find it destroyed from the battle there last week between Buffy and Flem. An all out argument ensues between Clem and Spike when Spike finds out that Clem hasn't been taping Passions when he was gone. Meanwhile, Anya finds out she's pregnant.

Episode 9: Titled "Fang to Face"

In their first encounter since the "scene," Buffy finds Spike on her porch after coming back from her patrol. In what TV Guide is calling the most griping scene in television history, Spike tells Buffy that he's sorry for leaving his duster at her house to watch for him. Coming over to the usual Tuesday Video night with Hot Wings(supplied by Clem) at the Summer's house after work, Xander sees Spike on Buffy's porch and immediately wants to pummel him, but Buffy tells him no which brings tension between the two of them. Something that Buffy later finds out makes her hurt more than she'd like to admit.

A Buffy Christmas Special
Episode 10: Titled "Not Such a Wonderful Life"

In a special one hour Christmas special, the gang try to have their first Christmas together since Buffy's resurrection last year. However, it seems the hell mouth has other plans as a former watcher tracks down Buffy and tries to warn her of an ancient prophecy that no one wants her to know of, especially the Watcher's Council. However, before he can tell Buffy anything he dies in her arms after being injected with some sort of poison. Meanwhile, Dawn gets Willow some crayons for Christmas so that she can draw on the wall in the corner.

Episode 11: Titled "Back in Black"

With his duster back, Spike feels like his old bad ass self again as he hits the bars and does something he hasn't done in a long time. Meanwhile, Buffy tries to phone Giles in England to see if he knows anything about this ancient prophecy that the visiting former watcher tried to warn her about, but she has no luck getting in contact with him. Desperate for any info she can get, she goes to visit Willy the snitch. Meanwhile, when Xander finds out about Anya having a baby he gets her to wondering about who the father really is.

February Sweeps
Episode 12: Working Title "Who's Your Daddy!"

Desperate to find out who the person was that donated the sperm she used to get pregnant, Anya goes to the sperm bank and threatens that she'll turn them all into bunnies unless they tell her. Finding out the news, a shocked Anya marches over to Spike's crypt to talk with the father. With a pregnant Anya at the crypt door, Clem calmly says, "How else did you think I was able to buy Hot Wings all those Tuesday Nights?" Meanwhile, Willow wins first prize in an art contest after Dawn cut out and sent in a piece of the wall paper that she drew on to an art institute.
